Room was comfortable! And beautifully designed. Great view! Tea and Coffee. Shower was nice. Nice neighborhood. Overall, nice hotel. Somehow, the address from Booking.com did not match the address I put into DidiTravel app. So, I went to the wrong hotel and had to take a second DidTravel car ride in bad traffic. Exhausting. I thought the hotel had a fitness center and pool, but they did not. The listing in Booking - i thought they had said the hotel had these, and it was a big reason I chose the hotel. Unfortunately, no gym, no pool.

We will be back !Wonderful modern hotel with a decent breakfast in the mornings that my girls really enjoyed! Everyone extremely nice...front desk...breakfast attendants and even the housekeeping!

About 2km from Beijing Road. There is a bus station in front of the hotel so it's easy for taxi to stop and pickup. You can walk to the nearby Pearl River and enjoy restaurants on the bank (~ 700meter) Please note the hotel could not be found on Apple Maps or Google Maps if search for Echarm. Please use Yishang Hotel (No 19 Donghua South Road). Also the location on Google Maps seem to be not accurate. Or maybe you can search for Donghua South Road and then find the building which is round.

The hotel is located at a different address, the directions do not match. There is a construction site at this address.

I had a reservation for 2 nights, the cancelled 1 night so at 3 am when i arrived i had to go to another hotel. Terrible customer service.
