"As a suggestion for future improvement, implementing delivery robots for room service would significantly enhance guest convenience. Currently, guests must personally go down to the first floor to retrieve outside food orders. Introducing contactless delivery robots would provide a seamless, premium solution for in-room dining."

The staff are super helpful and friendly. Its a very convenient place to stay and is close to a lot of restaurants and malls. A special thanks to Bessy and the guys at the concierge.

The hotel rooms are above ground level and hence maintained privacy. room a little aged but very well maintained and clean. Marvelous location, it was attached to a large shopping centre and right next to Tian He road, the main shopping stretch. on the other side were many, many eateries! Many offers and discounts were available for surrounding eateries if you're a guest! Most importantly, the suite was spacious and the rooms are on opposite sides so loved the privacy The kitchen was fully equipped but didn't need to cook are we were surrounded by eateries nothing really much. met all our expectations. Just keep in mind its in the heart of the shopping belt. Not a resort like place!

Very well located, easy access to the subway and to One Link the mall, that is connected to the hotel. Other good shopping malls around too! The bed was comfortable. The washing machine inside the room, even tough a bit old, was very helpful for a long stay. And the rooms had big windows with nice views. Even tough the hotel is close to a big avenue, I could not hear any noise in our room. They had a good sized gym with good equipment. The breakfast had good options for western food. Very polite employees. They offered a transfer to and from the Canton fair. The bathroom had no windows or good ventilation so it could get a little smelly from the humidity. But they had a cleaning service every day that made it better. I did not like the smell of the hallways and reception.

The bed, kitchenette, the service and most of all the bathroom toiletries. It was situated across a row of restaurants. Even as high as the 12th floor, we could hear the queueing system blasting at night.

Location was great if you plan to shop , everything is within walking distance. I didn’t get my room on time , staff weren’t so friendly I guess because it was busy time with the fair. I wouldn’t consider this hotel as a 5 stars it’s below my expectations & extremely overpriced. Location has its downside as well due to the noise from streets ( no soundproof)
