Very nice

The room was clean and great value for the price Location was a bit confusing to find at times

breakfast is limited, but the service is good. food quality is adequate, but could be improved. Location is superb with plenty of shops, amenities, and all the usual fantastic array of groceries and convenience markets around. The selection of F&B and franchise cafes and restaurants mixed with eclectic Chinese foods spoil you with choices. The reception staff was professional, courteous and a little stressed out at times but on the whole, they are very dependable. the smell of the room which is musky and smells of stale cigarettes. Corridor carpets could use some vacuuming every now and then, and it would looks aesthetically good to store the cleaning equipment in a proper storage rather than placing it at the end of the corridor with a partition. The cafe door is in need of replacement or repairs as the hinges are creaking and the door handle is in danger of coming loose. The wifi did not work during the entire duration of our stay.

I had a smooth check-in and the staff were helpful.

Location was the only real benefit of this hotel. It was close to two different subway stations and so also two different lines which made making your way around the city and returning quite easy. “Breakfast Included” was so bad I only tried it once, then avoided it. Short menu of a few greasy options. Unlike Ausotel down the road which has an amazing breakfast with healthy variety and cultural diversity in buffet choice. Secondly, the lighting in the hotel is dim as part of its “aesthetic” but this unfortunately continues into the rooms. It was hard to shave “in the dark”.

very clean and good location, near to metro and main ave, It was neat and clean. They provided a small reception in the afternoons, which included a shuttle from the exhibition. It was just a good thing for a trip. As long as you don't fix business appointment at the hotel. staff couldn't speak engilish or very bad, must use it app for translate . The sound of the water riser in the pipe is sometimes heard.There was no well-equipped lobby or place to negotiate business. Everything was in a very ordinary place.

Location is so good If you want to choose for a long stay the breakfast will be so repetitive after couple days. The breakfast menu involves five options which only 3 are suitable fir foreigners

The hotel’s effort to please guests and make the stay as pleasant and comfortable as possible. Mr Chase, Sissy, the interpreter, and the front desk staff were very helpful. Please give the gentlemen at the front desk a new set of uniforms for them to look dapper. Shuttle service to and from Canton Fair grounds was also excellent My room was kept clean every day. Breakfast food needs improvement and some variety. A guest who stays for at least three days, like I did (10 days), would know the difference. Some parts of the paint walls in my room needed paint retouch.

It was good experience stay at this hotel. Tried for health club. Unfortunately no one was there except one cat. While trying to enter gym cat was approached to come near to me and I escaped from there. Rest of all are good.
