Nice hotel, clean. Room service food is horrendous. Definitely need fixing because i ordered 3 times and it was horrible. Some staff speak no english whatsoever so communication can be hard. Hotel is a bit outdated.

Location and breakfast was good. Many options for breakfast. Our room was not ready when we went to our room ( not what I expect from a Ritz hotel), we had to go back to the lobby and wait for them to prepare another room.

Parking lot does not reflect upstairs grandness. Many people wearing casually sandals walking in and out, probably in China’s culture.

Of course the expectations are high for a 5* hotel, but this one is really worth every single one of them and even exceeds this. Very nice terrace pool and gym. Great location in the middle of the new town. I got a highly appreciated complimentary late-checkout. All-in-all phantastic stay! Really nothing was lacking.

Wow what a beautiful hotel. Stunning view from our large and comfortable room overlooking the Canton Tower. A short walk from the metro. Outstanding staff and a lovely breakfast. Highly recommend.
