The room was spacious and well appointed (large bed, good bedside lighting, chairs). The elevators are Slow. Street noise could be heard in the room. There is an onsite restaurant, which is open late for dinner and has a version of the menu in English. The service in the restaurant is extremely slow, even when it isn't busy. We waited at least 15 minutes at 8pm before we were offered menus (in any language). My drink came after my dinner was served--and that took at least 30 minutes, Hotel is not as close to the airport as we expected. Shuttle service costs ~$30USD.

the breakfast was excellent, the driver to the airport was very helpful and friendly. The room was very clean and very comfortable. I will book the hotel again in the future. I highly recommend it.

Close to the airport and good location for an overnight stay. There were malls and a park nearby as well. The airport transfer shuttle provided by the hotel was very useful and reasonably priced. The rooms were not sound proofed, so it was quite noisy and I could hear outside traffic, other guests and people moving around in the corridor. As such I didn't sleep that well.

No electrical adapter for phone charger,a very basic expectation,no bottled water offered! Is it that expensive for a show of hospitality? I was advertised to have transportation shuttle service,but for a fee,even not much money but that shows me the policy is penny pinching!!!

I liked the fact it looked nice and the room was pretty decent+ ; I liked the price and the fact that 3-single beds is an option, also a double bed and 2-single beds is also an option. Breakfast was good and also included. Staff was helpful and nice. I did not like the Cleanliness of the bed. I did not like the hardness of the bed.

Room was very big and comfortable, however the bed linen was garbage terrible smelly old pillows, bathroom dated grout was filthy mirrors falling apart and the jacuzzi from white turned beige so badly cleaned. Towels not washed well and smelling Really disappointed! Could be a great room but needs upgrade love and care Room size and location.

I really like the room, the size, the service room and food. Is a 4 star hotel place, there should be a luggage storage area and a concierge service to assist with check-in and check-out. I am a woman traveling alone with heavy suitcases, so it was quite difficult for me, and when I am without my husband, this is a really mainly spot for me choosing a stay.

I really did not like a lot about the property to be honest. -The moment we arrived the hidden charges started, I booked the room on line, -I was not given my booking rate. I was told parking was free they charged me. - The A/C in the room did not work good. -The was uncomfortable plus had not fitted sheets. - Someone was constantly hammering and working in the hotel. -The breakfast was mediocre not great as so many advertised.

The included breakfast was excellent and the on-site restaurant had lots of options of good food at a reasonable price. There is a dog grooming business next to the hotel and you can hear dogs barking from ealry in the morning until 7:00 p.m or so even with the windows closed. The bathroom is a joke..an extremely small, narrow sink with little room to wash hands or discharge toothpaste and mouthwash. The end of the toilet seat is less than 1 foot from the wall. I have short legs and had to sit somewhat sideways to use it and you have to cross this narrow area to get to the shower..Ridiculous!
