Hotel Panamby Guarulhos

It's pricey for its what it provides in general. The restaurant isn't a big thing and they don't have a colocated or active bar service on the pool area. Seems to be more a hotel that companies accommodate people when a flight is cancelled.

Serviço de transfer e estacionamento conveniente. Não conseguimos usufruir do café da manhã por ter que sair no transfer das 5am. Seria conveniente ter uma máquina de café gratuita disponível e snacks para os hóspedes que precisam sair cedo ou oferecer opção de reeerva sem café da manhã

I asked about a shuttle from the airport, they never made it clear how we can get it and we took a taxi. Front desk told us to sign an agreement in Portuguese w/o much explanation in English. Thin wall and noise from next rooms, we heard a baby crying, people talking.

Stayed for one night after late arrival at GRU airport. Hotel served its purpose. Staff were good and the room was clean. But it was relatively simple. Good for an overnight airport stay, but not much more. Breakfast was average and the rooms are a little dated.

Not much really the hotel is not close to the airport, it is 20 min away , so it is not an 'airport" close hotel , to hop on hop of bus. At 6am I waited for the bus to take me to the airport, but there is nobody at the hotel that coordinates it, nobody tells you which one it is or the last call for you to get on it, I stood there for 10 minutes , and as nobody coordinates it , the bus left , so I had to take a TAXI , Customer service is non existing , nobody really cares to solve anything you need, I would not go back.

Location is great

The room and beds were comfy and the location is centric close to downtown. The hotel has a problem with internet connectivity. They said the internet is poor in rooms, but really is poor in all hotel. They said the parking is free but it costs, not much but it is not free.

Nothing significant. All small issues were resolved by the hotel team.

Restaurant was not the best.

The room was quiet, very clean, the bathroom was really good. Good hotel to rest close to the airport The reception, they could automate more so that you don't stay in line for check in. Also we did not like much the food.
