The beach was fabulous in the view. We really enjoyed the bar area and the pool as well. We can't play any of the games unless you know Spanish.

Pool room was noisy from entertaining at night. Room bathrooms was outdated dripping taps, floor needed scrubbing in shower. Offer ocean room next time Staff was friendly and helpfull., food was excellent for a buffet Would go back ,but to oceanfront room to get away from noise. Our bathroom Noice from entertaining group at night Wish the beachbar was open in afternoon on the beach

I loved the food and the snacks I didn’t like that the shower would clog when showering also the water was way too salty and towels were so old the beds were not comfortable the staff wasn’t friendly just in the restaurant two staff were really friendly and those are the two I gave a tip too but overall it was ok

The entire hotel needs a renovation. Everything is outdated. The beds were not comfortable. The food was not that good.

Breakfast was good with lots of selections. The omelette station was nice. Very nice warm pool as well. Lunch and supper were hit and miss. The entertainment music at night was quite loud, which is normally ok, but it was still loud even with the door to our room closed.

Buffet was very nice. Very noisy even in our room from the pool area with activities such as karaoke till 10 pm 1 night. On the weekend noisy all day from very loud microphone directing activities at pool.

The buffet! All the meals were disappointing and should be thought out better. We're in México and expected mexican food. Not dried up, american food fit for a slop trough.
