The staff were friendly and helpful; during our stay they made recommendations and assisted without hesitation. Our room was comfortable and the hotel is centrally located. We enjoyed the pool, gym and sauna. The breakfast was stellar with a vast array of foods, juices and treats. There was nothing we were unsatisfied with.

We arrived early and the staff were super attentive and tried they’re best to accommodate us. They also gave us good recommendations to see the sights while we waited for our room to be ready.

The breakfast was super good, buffet style and delicious food. Located in the city center, so it was close to everything. The caipirinha was superb!!! ;) Super friendly staff. The pool was beautiful, but a little bit cold. It doesn't have direct sunlight so is difficult to sunbathe.

the hotel was situated in the city historic regions of the simon boivar very historic signing of the royal flags and lifting of it on historical grounds before city capital regions quito and finished everything before one even travels on the road

Love the service and the pool Stayed at this property a number of times. Maybe it’s just me but some rooms the beds are hard as rockstars

The construction is a rectangle snd center courtyard. The pool is likely the finest I have seen . The greenery and multiple levels are just lovely. What a shame I was alone for the breakfast and pool time. This should be shared.

Nice breakfast. Pretty grounds. Nice staff. Shuttle service from the airport. I was really looking forward to a bath. I book a hotel.specifially.for a bathtub which I do not get regularly. After a very long day of travel this was important. The plug on the bathtub did not work. They moved me to another room and that bathtub again did not work. The front desk lady was kind but it was already after 2am and I did not want to move rooms again.

The location is ok by 7pm at night it’s a dead zone (given the current conditions) and not much to see around.
