The staff was very kind and helpful. The room was comfortable and good value overall. The AC was very loud, and the room needed some updates.

Great staff location and price A/c in the particular room I was in only had 1 speed and temperature . So I had to turn it off an on throughout the evening . Not a serious issue though

The location is very close to the airport or bus terminal about 15-20 min drive. The hotel is located near some of the many attractions there is to see all with walking distance. The room was a decent size so was the shower. The TV is a smart TV and can be used for Netflix, YouTube, etc. The breakfast was good. It is next door (10 feet away) and the resturant will serve very basic breakfast (bread, butter, jam, fruit juice, egg, coffee/tea) the server may add so much milk and a little coffee just ask to put as much milk as you would like. After the second day the AC stopped working and the hot water did too. Told them the next morning and the maintenance person fixed the hot water but was not able to fix the AC. After asking him so what is going to happen they ended up transferring me to a smaller room. The maintenance person said the AC units do break frequently. When I paid by Credit Card they have to grab the machine next door and after paying they used the wrong machine so I had to come back and then they would reverse the money and have to pay again. Not perfect but a bit of inconvenience.

The breakfast really need improvement, maybe some fruit and a second cup of coffee since the coffee ☕️ is very small The TV didn't show any sports at all ...would have been nice to watch some sports at nights plus none of the programs was in Ingles

Location is pretty good. It is in the city center. Reception girl was very kind and English speaking. The main problem was the power outage. Although there was a generator after the power outage at night, the air conditioning did not work and there was no hot water. Hope keep the hot water for showering at night.
