My credit card was charged eventhough I canceled the reservation as soon as I realized my error. As I stated above, I immediately made a reservation through you BOOKING.com for the same date. Please review and explain.

Great Staff and good location. TV was not working since it didn't have Wifi connection. The next room worked for a little while and then once I turned the TV off and back on it signal was lost again.

The location was a bit uncomfortable at night but nothing happened

Great place, it's an nice hotel and very good value for the price in Guayaquil. Internet was fast and reliable and I could work. They made sure I had a small table and they helped with everything. The staff was amazing, super helpful and polite. The entrance seamed renovated, they have their own shuttle car so if you need to be dropped at the airport or the bis terminal you dont need to take a taxi, you just need to tell them and its done. The guy doing the breakfast is very attentive and try his best to recieve you. Altho the breakfast itself is very basic but does the job. Furniture were a bit old, my bed frame was squeeking and seemed a bit loose, water wasnt really hot, more like warm.

I arrived from the ocean at almost midnight, but the hotel (24/7) was closed. All my belongings were inside, but I had a flight next morning. So I appeared on the streets if Guayaquil at night without connection. I tried to knock and get in, and contacted all numbers I had (we called and wrote in WhatsApp ), but didn't get any response. After more than an hour of attempts there no response, but too many "night" cars driving by signaling. I was lucky to find a man who helped me, but keep saying it was too dangerous on the street at night. So he walked me by to the police from where we continue trying to connect the hotel. Awful experience and i didn't have a chance for normal sleep before my road. Not mention how everybody told how dangerous it was.

Clean The breakfast needs to be improved. A housekeeper entered my room without knocking, I guess he thought no one was in the room,, since I turned the TV off. I told him I didn’t need anything, he left. 15 minutes later another housekeeper came , but she knocked on my door, asking if I needed anything. My conclusion is that there is no communication between housekeepers, or the first housekeeper who failed to knock before entering, wasn’t supposed to enter with good intentions.
