Room is clean, AC was good Front Desk is rude, unfriendly, & cold personality with no manners not even a "Good Morning", FD staff charging for a EMAIL RECEIPT stating that if he sends one he would have to CHARGE taxes on the room rate, stated to staff already INCLUDED in pricing & gave him $20 and hasn't given me back my change. Email receipts are a MUST in the ECUADOR LAW public establishments like restaurants, Hotels, entertainment and any purchases are provided COMPLIMENTARY. Room: Toilet slow drain had to press a couple of times to flush. Mattress is hard. Had to switch room 1 time due to first room AC not working. ONLY 1 towel, 1 soap & 1 shampoo & we are party of 2.

It was a pleasant stay for us. The location felt a little bit dodgy but was close to shops and the malecon which was nice. The staff were very helpful for anything we needed. The air conditioning was very loud to sleep through.

This is my second time staying at this location . It is clean ,good location ,the have water and snacks you can buy at front desk. Hot water and A/C works well ! I saw 2 bugs in my room .

Location was excellent. Room was large. We appreciated the window. The shower was hot and with strong pressure. Air conditioning was good. Desk and chairs appreciated.
