Beautiful courtyard with a pool great breakfast and an easy walk to a lot of restaurants bars and the malecon. 10 min from airport

There was next to zero sound insulation so it was incredibly noisy. The blinds could not be opened all the way which didn’t matter in the end because there were coverings outside on the window. This meant the room had zero natural light. The room had seen better days, floor and bathroom were chipped and aged but the bed was very comfortable. The neighbourhood was a bit weird, you needed to walk about 10 minutes to get anything interesting. I ended up checking out a day early. Staff acted very uninterested.

The only thing was ,the showe, the neede somthing on the Flore of the shower is very slippery ,they neede som thing to nat lose balance strong black stripe or som plastic carpet with suction cup.

They just didn't have a generator but luckily now the power cuts situation is not as bad as before so that was really the only issue.

Very nice hotel with a swimming pool, in a good central location You need to pass two or three blocks in darkness before tou find any open bar or restaurant

The location was fine. Although the alarmingly situation about crimes in Guayaquil, the tourists can still walk safely around central of Guayaquil and other places without concerns and their people are still warm and welcoming. Nice faces around smiling and willing to help you without any interest. We visited many places during day time. It was fabulous! The breakfast could offer more variety and more options.

I likes The antique. The breakfast lady was not nice . We asked to seat outdoors and she made us pick and move utensils ourself outside. Not cool ? I looked for a hotel that had a pool, however was not clean I didn’t use it. The sauna room was small and it smelled humidity and sweat. Didn’t use either.

The pool and the breakfast Room NOT cleaned properly, air conditioner didn't cool the room old air conditioner that runs very low you barely feel the cool air, no refrigerator and lastly a scorpion on the bed underneath the pillow almost got bitten by it, had to take a picture of it and then kill it and show it to the Front Desk agent it was late at night when we was getting ready for bed after 1am.
