Room was very clean and the staff were very friendly and helpful. Also the Location is excellent, it is literally across the street of the Waterfront with lots of shops and restaurants and nearby.

Great location, right on the malecon, excellent restaurants nearby. Breakfast was just okay, but it was included in the price, so not complaining.

Super comfortable bed and pillow, a clean room with a view on the bay. The bathroom was small, but the shower was excellent and there is a hairdryer (not important for everyone, but definitely a plus!). Great breakfast! Nothing really - it was close to the promenade and there were a few places to eat in the back streets.
