I got tired of the Malecón, so this hotel was close, but not as safe. Staff is really friendly. Amazing rooftop. This is the reason I went here You will get a key to the door . It's not as fancy as other hotels, but thats the charm

Everything went smoothly, staff were really accommodating and helpful. We got a room facing in on to the courtyard - this means you don't get a view but it was much quieter and easy to sleep.

Comfortable room with a great common area. AC and wifi worked amazingly. Very secure front door.. Location was difficult to find. Consider not walking in this area after 10pm. Cash or transferencia only to pay.

Great location. Walking distance from the malecon. Groceries and bank across the street. Cute little homemade fish spot on the corner (get the fried corvina if you're not afraid of fish bones!) The room was bery spacious. Lovely family that runs and loves in the place. If you have an issue, they will quickly fix it (for example I had a hole in my sheet and they immediately offered me more sheets and blankets.) The little coffee set up was much appreciated! Free coffee and fruit. Fridge for your cold items located on the first floor. (Just make sure to label your drinks!) Shower pressure was good and they have one of those in-showerhead heating units that heat up the water as it travels through. Great AC and Netflix included! People (including some of the staff) warned me as a solo traveler that the area is a little rough but I had no problems and never felt threatened in the area. Just be smart about your belongings as usual with travel. Bed could be comfier and could use another table aside from the bedside table for personal items No creamer at the little coffee bar. A little dusty in the room but not a big deal.

Location and cost My room (#21) was at the top of the stairs coming up from the lobby and closest to the family that runs the hotel and lives there. If you are expecting quiet, and are in #21, the only time the noise stops in the hotel is starting around midnight until 8 or 9 am. There is constant yelling/communication between family members from the lobby to the upstairs. After midnight, the noise comes from the street, which is expected. But that is far less than the noise ALL day long. If you expect quiet or need to sleep during the day, get another room. The front desk is not attended 24 hours. I had to wait until someone came around to be let out on a few occasions. The day I checked out, I had to wait 20 minutes before someone came out of their room and I got their attention to let me out.

Private parking availability The staff was very rude and agressive. I have booked a 3 bed Room but they refused to give it to me - was told i dont deserve the Room because we are only 2. In the parking lot the car was locked and the only key had the staff. When i asked to get into the car at 8 p.m. to get my medicine, they told me i Can only get there in the morning.

Good location hotel near the Malecon. A/C was good, and you need it! Comfortable bed, shower adequate. A couple of supermarkets are practically across the road. Friendly staff. Reception was a bit of a shambles. Two young children let me in when I arrived, and I waited a while before an adult attended to me, and even then it was a bit chaotic. At other times, it was empty, necessitating my banging loudly on surfaces to get somebody to let me out.

Secure, front door always locked. Needed to be buzzed in and out. No elevator, 28 steps to the second floor.
