Location is bad, although in booking you mention that this place is in center. Location. The water flow in the shower is a trickle.

Very hot inside the room.

Very clean. Helpful staff. Hot water the first morning, tepid the second, cold the third. (Stayed 3 nights). The bathroom got no attention , I had to ask for a dry towel. It is off the beaten path; several blocks south and west of the malecon if you don't mind walking.

the only good thing about this place is the price The hotel is in a neighbourhood which is rundown and might be well be dangerous at night. The hotel does not seem cared for and feels creepy. The owners obviously invest the bare minimum in signage and general maintenance . The room has no furniture other than the bed and a small bedside chest and a tv. The room had two small windows both very high up- they are impossible to see through, open or close. The effect is very claustrophobic. When you have a shower the room becomes sweaty and unpleasant. The shower produced hot water sometimes, other times not. No-one will help you with luggage, and there is no lift. There is no breakfast. There is no local information. There was no nearby place for breakfast that I could find. There is no kitchen available for travellers. You cannot pay your bill with a credit or debit card.

the staff was friendly and the room and bathroom were clean it is very hot in the rooms. There is a fan which does not supply as there is a tiny window so no air circulation. The bed is very hard

They can gave me a room with air condition for plus 3 dollars. My first room had no windows, was very hot, the fan didn't help. Very thin walls, I heard the tv from the other room, later a couple having sex. Unsafe neighbourhood.

The room was clean and bigger. Hot shower was amazing. The bathroom is clean but there are some couple of things that need to be repaired or changed such us the toilet seat and the shower doors.

Very good value for money. Everything was good, nothing exceptional. Very close to the Malecón.

Interior rooms without windows, would not recommend it for more than a nights sleep

The hotel was very clean, staff was nice, they also let us leave our big bags while we were in Galapagos for one week. Basic but very good value. :) Would recommend!
