Nice room The WI FI is HORRIBLE constantly loosing signal, complained 2 times nothing was done. They should have a minibar & safe in room.

nothing. disgusting. Everything. They lied. The “Double” is horrible. only one bed. only cold water in the shower. The breakfast is disgusting.

paid for a superior room appears I may have not got it what I paid for have stayed before and the room had lounge chair warm to hot water a was reasonable in size the room I was allocated appeared not to be as big as the one previous and had cold water only good in summer but this was the winter type season and hence dissapointed

I found two small bugs in the bathroom

location the room was totally different versus the photos provided on booking. the rooms didn’t have window / daily light, there was no warm water and the toilet was broken

Bed was hard, roaches, traffic, no hot water. Place sucked

close to the metro. nice restaurants nearby. Shady neighbourhood. No window in our room.
