Comfort Inn & Suites Gulf Shores East Beach near Gulf State Park

The best Comfort Inn I've ever stayed at. Staff was very attentive and helpful.

Overall the experience was good. The pool area was nice and it's convenient to walk to the beach and to some restaurants. The breakfast stayed stocked and there was a good variety to eat. Compared to our stay last year though we did see some differences. Our room wasn't cleaned one day and trash wasn't taken out the day it was and the pool area towels did not stay stocked, which was a bummer if you didn't bring your own down.

Great location. Staff was helpful. Breakfast was good. Only complaint is that there was some mold spots on the ceiling of our bathroom.

The staff was very helpful and the hotel was pretty clean. For being so close to the beach, the hotel didnt have that much sand inside it. It would be nice if the hotel had a hose close to the entrance to rinse the sand off before we came in from the beach. There is an outdoor shower by the swimming pool though.

Everything was great! Wished I had of booked there for the whole trip.

My Room have Moho on the entrance it’s bad aspect. The room was not clean it all , someone come to change beds sweep and mop, Graciela it’s a excelente house keeping. Other than that it’s ok, oh! The front desk lady she it’s very nice!

Very clean and nice amenities, walking distance to beach access, close to lots of restaurants and activities!! Especially enjoyed the pool design so my toddler and older child could both enjoy. Na

The room was very clean always had everything stocked so helpful had a great time

First room had a great view of the main road and the beach, however, it was dirty and the fridge was not working. When I informed the front desk, instead of taking notes of the issues she offered excuses. I know what dirt looks like and know the difference between cold and hot. She was very rude. She ultimately moved us to a different room and at that time we didn’t care about the view…just a clean room. The new room was a little cleaner, however, there were spots of mildew/molds all over the bathroom walls and ceiling. I once again informed the front desk and asked to have the mildew/molds cleaned because our grandson has had allergies. She agreed and had it cleaned and painted over. I thought that was the end of it until I met the manager when I went to ask for room service…forgot her name but she sounded European. She responded with a question “what is going on with you and your room?” I apologized and explained the experience the night before. She was NOT very customer-friendly at all! Just like the other front desk staff, she started defending her staff’s performance even after showing her pictures taken from the bathroom and the beds. She said that there was nothing wrong with the room and service. It’s very obvious that her standards are very low and doesn’t care about her customers. In addition, breakfast was not good…the same menu for 5 days straight. First time experience with Comfort Inn and Suites and will never stay a night with them ever again.

The location was amazing and the hotel was beautiful! We had a pipe leaking under the sink, but they fixed it right away. I can’t wait to stay there again!
