Family and pet friendly. Great location, walkable to the beach and many restaurants and shops. Large pool area and free happy hour.

On check out day, all the doors were closed making it hard to maneuver through anything. Always standing in line for something at this Hotel, mainly in line for the 4 elevators. Also take the luggage haulers because they don’t have many and you have to wait until one frees up. There are steps to everything. Ridiculous offload and unload. Breakfast best part of this hotel.

The room was amazing and everything was clean! The staff was VERY nice and helpful. Complimentary beach chairs and umbrella as well as 2 free adult beverages per night!! Highly recommend!

The place was beautiful and in a great location. The only issue we had was that our air conditioner did not work the whole time we were there. They had to control it manually because our thermostat didn’t work. The last two days we had no air conditioner at all and it was hot. We were told numerous times someone would be up to help us. They never showed. We called down to desk several times with no answer. We just gave up trying. We were told by the manager he could not refund us any money because we booked through Expedia. So we spent all that money to stay there and never had a good working air conditioner. They offered to comp us a meal if we came back. They also offered to give us points if we belonged to a certain club. Which I thought was not even close to being good enough for what we went through. The staff at the desk made several promises that they did not keep. So if you have any issues and book through another company they will not refund you anything.

All the staff were kind & so helpful with any questions. The place was immaculate, perfect location to the beach, food,& shopping. I definitely recommend staying there . We will be going back!

1 st room someone already occupied the room 2nd room no electricity on one wall. The maintenance person couldn't fix the breaker was tripped 3rs room no AC. The Maintenance person was able to reaet. Took after midnight

The stay was great. We enjoyed the spacious room and the easy access to shopping, restaurants and the beach. There was a real Starbucks on site!! The breakfast was great. However the flow of the buffet was all over the place and could get over crowded and there was long periods of waiting for the food to be refilled.

I booked based on it being new, the rooms were clean and nice but the amenities as far as pool furniture and outdoor seating smelled and was disgusting. The front desk staff always seemed stressed out and very confused and slow. Willing to help they just weren't confident or trained in a lot. Bartenders very very untrained. Breakfast was great and the Starbucks was life saving! Especially since due to bad weather outdoors bars and food bars were closed. Its definitely a family friendly place but id swap back to a condo after this experience.

We really enjoyed our stay at this property. The room was spacious with a great view of the beach. The beds were comfortable and the everyone we encountered was helpful & friendly even by the poolside bar that was always busy. The only two things I would have wished for was a bigger pool deck area. It could get crowded (but we didn’t know we had planned a visit during a kids baseball world series near by) and being at the beach, a hand-held shower head would have been great for getting clean up. Small issues for an otherwise great property.

It was fantastic! Stayed with family. Very clean. The beach was across the street. Walking distance from restaurants, and shopping. The pool is great for families! Breakfast was delicious too.
