I use this place a lot when I travel to go on fishing trips. Not a fancy type place but a good safe friendly place to stay for a few days. Staff has always been friendly and helpful, especially Ms. Ray over the breakfast. She does her best to keep everything full even when extremely busy. Ms.Ray always helps start my days off in an excellent mood when I'm greeted with her amazing smile and up beat attitude.

Overall the room was good but there were some issues. First, they do not have a place to check bags, and there are no independent luggage storage facilities in the area. Therefore when I arrived early, I was unable to enjoy the beach because I had to wait to check-in. I did not have a rental car. Second, the room and building had a strong musty odor. Similar to a room that was previously converted from a smoking to nonsmoking room. Lastly, the hand soap dispenser was out of soap. This should be something checked before each customer checks-in.

Location When we arrived for check-in no one was at the front desk so I had to find someone to get checked in. Then the staff was not very friendly more like it was a hassle to deal with me. Then I get to my room and it doesn't smell fresh at all and the floor didn't feel like it had been cleaned. Then I realized that instead of a 1 king bed room the moved me to a 2 bed room and the beds seemed to small for me and my spouse. I went to speak with the desk clerk and had to get her attention after standing there for several minutes because she was either asleep or on her phone not sure which one. She then tells me that her manager said to move us to the room that we had and that what we booked was not available. The breakfast was a 3 out of 10 it was the same thing every morning. My TV did not work In my room I had to fix it myself. Also my room door would not latch when closing I had to really jiggle the handle/ latch and slam the door to get it to lock. Also we had a family of kids in the room above us that sounded like they where moving furniture from about 6am - 11pm everyday. We had to hunt down the cleaning staff for towels and wash rags soaps and shampoo as none of this was provided at arrival. Overall cleanliness of hotel was about a 3-10 it is outdated and in need of desperate repairs. Not satisfied with my stay at all the reviews and stars of this hotel was not accurate at all. I would love for my money to be reimbursed or comped another stay

The only good thing about the place is it’s relatively close location to the beach. It was the dirtiest, mold infested motel I’ve ever been in.

Close to the beach and downtown We stayed at this location in 2025, it was clean. This year 2026 we killed about 3 roaches in our room and there was a dead one in the bathtub. We got there on a Wednesday and by the weekend the hallways smelled like weed. Smoke your weed but do it outside so others don’t have to smell it. The room next to us was up until 3am making all kinds of noise. I will rethink where we stay next year.

Easy to navigate in The parking lot was complicated to get into and out of. The pool was very small. They never. And and cleaned the room the whole stay and just gave us towels that’s it.

The staff is very friendly and helpful!! The rooms are very nice and clean!! Location is very close to the beach and everything else you could possibly want to do and there is plenty to do!! Traffic was very good while there!! We will definitely book again soon!!
