Everyone was kind so kind and helpful. From getting checked out, every question and concern was answered with a smile and respect.

We had a great experience at this hotel great breakfast and helpful staff had a little clogged toliet problem but other than that it was a great stay

The ac in our room was terrible - sooooo humid that it felt like the linens were wet. Difficult to sleep. Needs updating. Carpeting dirty, gross grout, dirty light switches. Certainly not worth the almost $300 price tag.

The hotel is overpriced for its condition and clearly needs significant updates. The bathroom had chipped, broken tiles, and the towel rack looked like it had been repeatedly repaired with poor, mismatched paint. The air conditioning was also a problem, running weakly while the thermostat clicked and chattered all night, waking me up several times. To make matters worse, there was no one at the front desk on Saturday night after about 8:00 p.m., and no staff member was available again until around 9:00 the next morning. Overall, this hotel does not offer good value for the price. I would not stay here again or recommend it to others.

We had a good stay. The hotel was comfortable and the staff were nice.

Do not plan to eat a hot breakfast unless you are there first thing when it opens. Two of our three days when we went there was either no warm food or pancake machine was empty of the mix to make pancakes. When asked to have it refilled I was advised it would be a waste since breakfast ended in 30 min. When spoke to the manager she basically said the same thing and in regards to no warm food said that if she made more they would be closing soon. Said that she would address it with them to have the food put out partially rather than all at once. Trash cans were always overflowing with no where to put your plates. Talked to corporate they were going to have general manager call since I was still at the property and 48 hours later when I checked out still had received no call and never did. You would think the elevator was going to breakdown anytime you were in it.

Clean rooms and very friendly staff.

Check in and out were a breeze. The breakfast was not elaborate, but it was good and included with the room do the value was excellent. Room was clean and air conditioning made it very comfortable. I will definitely choose this hotel again!
