Room size was nice Air conditioner didn't work properly, vanity sink and tub drained very slow, killed a cockroach in the room, swimming pool was very warm, and no water was circulating in it and needed to be cleaned, no clothes hangers and refrigerator needed to be defrosted and not enough light over the vanity

Nasty! The staff and the room were 0/10. The stained blanket and random ac unit in the middle of my room were a no for me.

The room was clean and they upgraded us to a floor level room with a king bed because of my husband's knee. Liked there was a mini fridge. The hotel was hard to find. You couldn't see it or a sign from the highway. The pool was nasty, ehich was disappointing.

Worth the money to stay a couple nights. A lot less than staying near the resort areas. Parking is free

The air conditioning an water pressure The room wasn't clean on arrival looked like it had jus been used. Lady at the front desk at check-in night of did have a pleasant attitude but my reservation didn't match what my account showed online to what she claimed she had on her computer. Got two full size beds instead of 2 queens . The mirror in room had finger prints an body smudges all over it. Dead roach in the floor as I opened the door to turn lights on an prep for bringing my family an belongings in. There were drink spill stains all over furnishing areas. Black mold on internet supply line in room. The packets of individual coffee n creamer for coffee pot in room was so old it sounded like rocks hitting my cup............. The entrance door to the room alone I had to shove open to get to open an then had to close with force to get the door to close. Key card entry for door only worked a percentage of the time an at times the doors auto lock didn't even catch it had to try closing an reclosing several times...... The door seemed like it had been possibly kicked in previously in past times and the mending of it is why it doesn't shut correctly........... I went to front desk at the shift change to file my complaint and the lady said she had no other rooms available and wouldn't be possible for the refund since I had already been in the room for a few hours I asked about a discount for having to stay in such a room and was denied. She issued what she claims will be a free deep cleaning an all they did was wipe the bathroom down n bleach an change the bedding everything else was still gross

non smoking room, recked of smoke, plastic bag over the smoke dectector. floors filthy, TV would not turn off, kept turning itself back on. bedspread had nasty stains on it
