Staff were friendly and helpful. Food wa great. We met a lot of nice people there as well. Our young granddaughter loved it as well. She had a lot of great things to say about her vacation there. Our granddaughter wished we let her spend more time in the pool instead of taking her out and to the beach. No, everything was great.

The room was comfortable The hallways were hot, breakfast wasn’t replenished well, and there’s only one elevator for guest and staff to share

Solo traveled and brought my dog. Staff was friendly and room was clean.

We stayed 7 nights and had to ask for them to do a light touch for housekeeping. Even though there was a sign. We would book again.

The location was great and the rooms were good. We got locked out of our room and it took them over 2 hours to resolve the issue. My son missed his baseball game and they promised me 10000 reward points and as of today I have not received them.

One employee during social hour. That is it. That is the only positive comment I have about this property. The front desk was not manned. We had to wait quite some time for check in. We received our room key & made it to elevator. The one elevator for the whole hotel is slow, small, hot & smells awful. We made it to our floor. The amount of food & garbage in the hallways was disgusting. There was a used plunger sitting in the hallway for the first 24 hours of our stay. Right outside our room door, there was French fries on the floor with a ton of garbage. There were dishes in the dishwasher. I did not go on vacation to do someone else's dishes. Speaking of dishes, they provided 3 plates, 2 bowls, 1 fork, 3 spoons & 17 butter knives. The king bed was not made properly. The fitted sheet was literally thrown on top of mattress. There was pubic hair & candy wrapper on the floor of the water closet. The floor by the sink & mirror was visibly filthy. I cleaned with a white rag to show front desk and it was black & covered in hair. The vents were covered in mold. It was so disgusting. When issues were brought up to staff, they were uninterested & bothered. I have pictures for proof.

The staff was so nice and accommodating! The TV in the bedroom didn't work. The pull out bed was awful! My kids could feel the bars on the bed. They ended up sleeping on tje floor.

This was our anniversary weekend and this one of hotels me and husband agreed on. So I was disappointed that our air didn't work in our room. Also we saw a couple of big bugs one in the breakfast area and in our room.

Room were nice and clean Breakfast was good, we liked how the rooms were clean and had a place to wash and dry cloths just the out door area by pool and barbecue pits needed a little up keep the barbecue pits were not in working conditions, no cushions on the chairs in that area and most of the loungers by pool were ripped other than that the stay was decent.

Our A/C wasn’t blowing cold. Neighbors above us were very noisy. (Third floor) Out of handsoap in the bathroom. Nightlight did not work in the bathroom. When you sat on the end of the bed, the top of the bed raised up. Mattress was extremely uncomfortable. Elevator was slow as well. We’ve been staying here for years, so all of this was shocking to us.
