The hotel is quiet and cool.

WIFi worked the first night, I was able to send texts from my phone. Second night, I couldn't send out texts by phone. Strange. I could hear the person in the room above me every time they turned in bed and walked. Noisy air compressors every half hour. Requested 2 months prior, on reservation for a king size bed, but was told at time of check in that they over-sold rooms. Breakfast - eggs, sausage, hashbrowns were not good - made me sick to my stomach. The waffle batter had a funny taste the day before.

The breakfast is AWESOME!!!! I had my dog with me - her first stay in a hotel! - and it worked out better than I had dared hope. Our room was on the first floor near a side door and there was a nice area with a disposal site where I could take her for walks. This worked so well that I am seriously considering switching from renting a van to staying at Hampton Inns for a 12-day trip to the Carolinas this winter! I was impressed by how quiet it was in our room, especially since Willow isn't used to other people being in nearby rooms or upstairs. She whoofed a few times but nothing major. I had some challenges getting my phone wifi to work but it was probably me. No problem with wifi on my laptop. I was concerned because there were NO pollinators visiting the flowers on the property (and I checked them all!). I am fervently hoping that the pest control company does NOT use second generation anticoagulant rodenticides in the black boxes positioned along the foundation.

Book a room for 6 days. Days 1-4 of our stay we had to listen to constant thumping from the room above us. The thumping occurred from 10:00-11:00 in the evening. The first night I let it go. Night 2 at 11:00pm I called the front desk to voice my complaint about the constant thumping. They called the room and it stopped for about 30 minutes. Then it started again. I don't know if it was kids jumping around. However the thumping continued on days 3&4 always between 10-11 pm. I finally cancelled the final night of our stay.

Great service clean room nice place to stay

Clean room, clean bathroom, great hot water, lots of space in a king room. Breakfast was your average hotel breakfast, not bad, not amazing, plenty of selection from cereal to eggs to bagels to waffles. Nothing, my stay was great.

We've used this hotel before and are always satisfied. This visit the elevator was down, but it was fine we have no health issues. Free breakfast everyday was good. Coffee is very good as I am a bit fussy when it comes to coffee. Some updates to the facility are needed but otherwise it's fine. Staff is always nice

I come here when I visit my children and grandchildren. It is a pleasant plave to visit with them and also get some rest. The staff has always been kind and the rooms are comfortable. My grandkids love the pool. It is well maintained and clean with always enough towels. The breakfast is filling and staffed by friendly folks.

Was a great location for LAX tournament and it was super clean

The garbage cans are very small and unless we ask for them to come and clean the room they don’t.

Was told there would be pack n play available- staff didn’t know where it was. When they finally found it was visibly soiled and smelled of mildew

Excellent desk staff. Exercise equipment was in good shape and the room was clean. Rooms were clean, in good shape, and pretty. Breakfast had a variety of foods and staff were very helpful and friendly. Liked the coffee in the lobby.
