Our room was clean, and the bed was comfortable, but the king-size bed felt far too large for the room, which seemed designed for a standard-size bed. It looked nothing like the pictures. The bathroom was extremely lilliputian—the toilet seat came up to mid-shin on my 5'3" frame, and the sink was installed at about crotch height. The bath enclosure also appeared to be a cheap, off-the-shelf model. On the positive side, the towels were clean. We had dinner at Coolidge Park Café and highly recommend the braised short ribs—they were melt-in-your-mouth delicious and served with garlic-smashed potatoes. However, our waitress suggested exploring other restaurants in the area if we were staying for more than a short time, as there was only one other occupied table. Breakfast was not made to order. Our eggs, which were requested over medium, were well done. However, the whole-wheat avocado toast was fresh and delicious. EV chargers are available at the far end of the huge parking lot. Overall, it was adequate for a one-night stay, but I wouldn’t go out of my way to stay there again. The property is worth walking through, if only to appreciate its history. Perhaps it would be better suited as a museum.

breakfast, bathrobes, people nice. no light switches on lamps - plugs only work if you find the main switch not easily, elevator service strange, no handicap entrance.

Loved this hotel. Was so close to all the shops and restaurants in town and had its own little bar that was very fun and the staff was extremely kind. Cant wait to return.

Our room was clean. Parking was easy and the staff was very friendly.

Great location and a historic! There were a few places that needed to be touched up

Disappointed to a certain extent. We stayed at this exact hotel three months prior to this visit hence why we booked the same hotel due to being content with service prior. This time around we checked in go to floor of room and someones room service tray was right when you got off the elevator. The only reason I am complaining is because at 7 am the next morning the same tray was still there at 7 am. Hotel coffee was enjoyable in the prior visit this time around we couldn't even drink it. Bed was comfortable, room clean, ice maker on our floor broken had to go to other side of building.

They also charged me $1000 more than my Expeida booked price which after some discussion they refunded. There are not amenities on the property except that it is in town. I still enjoyed my stay.

Hotel is marvelous. Years have taken its toll on furnishings.
