Clean room. Excellent breakfast and comfortable bed. Feels a little more like an upscale motel, rather than a historical building as presented in the online photos. Many rooms are situated in parking lot on main level; however; it is very comfortable and convenient.

I stayed at the carriage house. It was like havng your very own house. Great for a family.

Great location, walkable to downtown Northampton with its shops and restaurants, Forbes library, and Smith College. Close bike ride to the Northampton bike path. Nice breakfast with fresh entrees in a cozy room with a fireplace. Comfortable bed, quiet room.

incredibly clean! Also the breakfast/lounge area was fully stacked with everything needed for an early morning getaway. Clearly a very well run establishment. nothing really. Perhaps a bit more decor on the walls would be nice as a bit spartan in that respect.

Beautiful location in an area of wonderful old homes, well kept, with beautiful gardens in Summer bloom. Having to leave after only one night stay.

Well kept motel. The rooms were clean but very dark. The community space was nice with coffee and breakfast included.

Breakfast was very sparse, with few choices. Noise from other rooms, in particular a dog who had apparently been left alone in the room across the hall from me, was disturbing when I was trying to sleep.

Super cute small hotel. More like a motel but great big rooms and super comfy beds. Great service. Great shower Delicious continental breakfast. It was a quick overnight spot but we loved it.
