Nathaniel and Casey were phenomenal. They were patient, very nice and knowledgeable about the area and gave us amazing recommendations on food and places to go. Their service were amazing.

Check-in was easy and room was spacious and clean. Did not expect housekeeping to make beds each day and was pleasantly surprised at how excellent the service was! Staff was kind and exceptional. I will absolutely be returning again during my next stay in Northampton.

It was a very easy stay. Checkin was fast and the room was comfortable, even if the furniture was a bit worn out and the bathroom towel hook was broken. The free breakfast was great and the staff at the breakfast area was wonderful.

Hotel was very easy to get to and very close to the fairgrounds. Plenty of parking. AC was nice and cold which was needed for the 90° days. Staff was very helpful anf friendly.

Our stay at the Fairfield Northampton was great. The room and all common areas were clean. Housekeeping came and made the beds, replenished towels and toiletries with care while we were out. Location was close the downtown with shops and eateries and a 20 minute drive from UMass. The complimentary breakfast and pool was a highlight of our stay. The staff was all super friendly. We look forward to staying again for any our future UMass visits.

We had a great stay while visiting for a lacrosse tournament. The front desk team, cleaning team, and lovely lady at breakfast were outstanding. Thank you!

Clean facility. Nice breakfast No bags in the garbage can. Breakfast ends too early. Certain Television channels did not work. I could hear people walking above me all night. Housekeeping opened my door at 9am to clean, which is too early. I was not impressed at all. I will not be staying again.

It’s very serviceable, Clean, and all the pieces are in place. I wish that housekeeping didn’t knock on the door loudly before checkout time. And I wish that when we checked in at the desk instead of directing us to an elevator with an exceptionally long walk to the room, I wish that the Desk person had suggested we drive to the door closer to our room. That being said, they didn’t blink when we showed up 45 minutes before check in.
