Breakfast was not ready at 6:00am as advertised!

However, I was very disappointed with the maintenance and follow-up from the staff. There was no maintenance person onsite after about 5:30 p.m., and we did not receive any follow-up regarding the issue with the door locks. As a result, we were unable to feel secure knowing that the main door was not properly locking, and we slept very uncomfortably throughout the entire night. Additionally, there was a horrible smell throughout the entire three-story building, which significantly impacted our overall experience. While the location was convenient, the lack of assistance with a serious security concern and the unpleasant smell made our stay very uncomfortable.

If you get drunk in Northhampton and nowhere to go, then go just for one night. Sleep, take a shower, then immediately get out. Otherwise I can’t recomand this property. However, staff is extremely nice. They should work in 5 stars hotel.

The space was overpriced and dirty, the rug/ floor look like it was never cleaned. And the TV/internet was bad...lots of " long term renters" hanging out in front of your room. But, the Bed was descent.

Clean room. Seemed new. Noisy ac once staff came to help turn on ac. Beds too high off floor- ok to sleep once climbed in.

The staff was so helpful and it is a great location! Our room was very clean. The only thing is that the carpet in the room might need an upgrade and the room needed more places for hanging towels.

The staff here were amazing, doing their best to accommodate guests during a very busy weekend. Otherwise, there was missing grout in the bathroom tiles, pilling on the carpet and a bug in the sink.

Nothing No service at the fro t desk waited for over 30 to 40 for service and nothing. No one was there. It wasnt clean outside

Convenient location but otherwise really overpriced for a mediocre hotel room. The bed was comfortable enough. The ac, bathroom light, and TV weren’t working properly. The minifridge had the freezer compartment torn out. The shower worked okay but needs a serious update. The toiletries were very much bottom of the line.

The room was very spacious, clean and comfortable! The staff were friendly, helpful and accommodating! Loved the size of the rooms! Very clean! The beds were amazing!! Breakfast was nice but could have more variety but overall it wasn’t too bad

We booked this hotel for one night for a wedding we were attending in the area. The pictures online looked decent. It was a terrible disappointment. We had a 1970's motel style smoky room on the first floor with old drapes and rug and a squealing toilet/shower. I might understand if it had been priced appropriately. But we paid as much for this room as we have previously for other 4 star hotels.
