The room smelled really bad as did the hallways on our floor

The check-in and check-out lobby is on the 3rd floor, but the signage isn't very clear. It doesn't say "Lobby" or "Reception"—it only says "Easy In & Out," which can be a bit confusing for first-time guests.

Friendly staff and convenient check-in/check-out process. Very good location! Close to the beach and close to the "action". Multiple convenience stores and coffee shops around. The terrace swimming pool is a must try! The elevators were taking too long to go up and down. We ended up waiting up to 5 minutes just to take the elevator. Besides that it all worked fine.

Location, lockers Swimming pool was closed, no compensation was offered . Staff dismissed us. We would have booked another hotel. We ended up booking at the water park next door to enjoy a swimming pool

Very close to Hauendae beach, restaurants, cafes and Olive young. Very convenient to commute to other zone of Busan I can’t think of it now

We booked the room with a view and given the room on the 19th with the view of that main pedestrian walkway. Not bad view. Room size is sufficient for twin beds, and our 2 medium checked-in luggage could open fully. The bidet in the toilet is useful. The swimming pool was best with amazing view of the Haeundae beach. Location is the best! Staff is friendly! Checked-in was fast and because we arrived around check-in time, room was ready for us. No further waiting. No clothes iron and iron board in the room, had to use the iron and iron board on Level 5 and there is only 1 set of the conventional iron and 1 set of the standing steam iron. Suggest to provide iron and iron board in the room, I do not mind to pay a refundable deposit. Suggest additional hooks in the shower area for us to hang our clothes and towels. We stayed over the BTS concert weekend, the price was on the high side.

The outlet next to bed was loose making it difficult to charge my phone. The other usb ports were being used by my friend.

Excellent location right on the beach with even our "side view" room offering a great view out. Check-in was easy and efficient. Room was very comfortable, well maintained, good ammenities and clean. From the hotel it is a 2 minute walk around the corner to one of the main streets for many many dinning options. Ubers an easy to get from the entrance within minutes. While we did try the buffet breakfast one morning there is also a phenomenal bakery in the building as well as a 7eleven if needed. Nothing

The location to the beach, stores, and ville. The bed was very firm like a rock slab of cement. They dont have anything larger than a double. This part is not a big deal but the room was nice but then the ceiling wasn't finished just off putting.

Location is close to Haeundae beach and there are lots of places to eat around. Maybe a 6 min walk from exit 5 of Haeundae station. Free luggage storage and there is a 7-11 at the ground floor. Better if the shower area could have some wall hooks or rack to hang clothes inside

This is a very good hotel. The design and style is fantastic. Its very comfortable and spacious. For many this will be a prime location. But to me, it was just too touristy.
