UH Suite The Haendae

Location When you go outside your section, the smell of restaurants not inviting.

The location was excellent. I recently stayed at this property in Busan and unfortunately had a disappointing experience overall. While the location is great and very convenient, the condition of the hotel did not meet expectations for the price we paid. One of the main inconveniences was that the hotel only has a single elevator, which made going up and down quite tedious. We were fortunate to be staying on the third floor near the stairs, so we ended up using those most of the time. Although the room initially looked similar to the photos, the actual condition told a different story. The window handle was broken, the walls showed signs of water damage, and there were areas that appeared to be taped or previously damaged with visible tears. The sofa also did not seem properly cleaned—it had visible hair and large stains on the side. The kitchen setup was puzzling. While there were pots, pans, utensils, and cups provided, there were no plates. When I asked the staff, I was told that plates are not provided, which seemed odd given everything else available for cooking and eating. We also had trouble with the air conditioning and were unable to get it working. Since our stay was only two nights, we didn’t pursue it further. The bathroom had several issues as well. When we arrived, it appeared that candles had been used to mask a strong odor. While showering, I noticed mold along the seams, and water would leak out into the rest of the bathroom. Additionally, the bathroom door handle was loose. Overall, this property needs more attention and maintenance. Given the price, I expected a much higher standard. While the location is a plus, I would not stay at this specific property again or recommend it to others.

Very convenient location. We booked the highest floor premier suite. It was the only room with a lanai and it had spectacular views. The room we were in just needed a few tiny touch ups.

Super friendly staff especially Aria at the front desk who helped checked us in. Location is very convenient next to the beach, shops and markets. Room was very clean and spacious with an amazing view of Haeundaeu beach. There was only one elevator so you have to wait a bit at times.

Room was very clean and spacious Bedding was comfortable Staff were not friendly and didn’t even advise there was another lift. The one lift that we used took a while as it services the entire building including MS hotel The ocean view cannot be seen because of the windows being covered in a cross pattern ( room was on 4th floor) Curtains were very thin and didn’t block out the light from the BMW car dealership across the road There are no facilities at this hotel at all

UH Suite -Location right across the Seaquarium on Haeundae Beach and steps away from the beach, major restaurants/cafes and shopping streets. -Depending on room you will hear musicians playing/ singing until late. -Only 1 elevator to accommodate 15 floors of guests so be patient. -4th floor is check in -I had a Beach view window room and worth it. -Room has NO closets only a coat rack. Limited drawer space. -Bathroom was large and no shower separation. Small sink area no space to put things, I had to take the little side table to put my items ? Also lighting is minimal -2 free water bottles a day, small mini fridge and depending on stay housekeeping schedule. -Bed/mattress was a bit harder than I'd like and only 2 pillows. -Airport limo bus a few steps away from hotel. All in all it was a good stay for the cost. Such a nice hotel!! Great location and all rooms had an ocean view. Loved the layout of it as well. 2 separate bedrooms was really nice. Only 1, fairly small elevators for 15 floors

The location of the property was very excellent, it was close to the beach, metro and many restaurants and cafes. And the view is directly to the beach, you can even see the ongoing events from your room. The staff were very helpful and easy to talk to as they understood english. Aria gave us a free upgrade and the room was spacious and the jacuzzi was clean and warm, the privacy was one of the top qualities of the location. Nothing

Walls, ceiling and carpet was stained and damaged. Windows did not look they had been cleaned so it was difficult to enjoy the view of the beach.

Perfect location, which is the best thing about the hotel. No separation between the shower area and the rest of the bathroom. Half of the bathroom floor would be wet after taking a shower. A solitary, very slow elevator. Room cleaning is not routine, but needs to be requested. English instructions should be provided for the AC remote control and the panel for the lights. They are not intuitive!

The location is great. With a bus stop just below and opposite and walking distance to the metro. Walking for like less than 5 mins if you don't detour. The surroundings are full of restaurants and night markets just 5 mins away. View of the bench. The lift is very slow. Specially peak period will definitely need to wait.
