Kolon Seacloud Hotel

We had a beautiful room with the most amazing view. I loved the beds and the layout of the space. It looked like an apartment space more than a hotel room. The location, however, was very convenient. Our space was a lot more rundown than imagined. The cabinet doors and the countertops were dated and had a lot of water damage on them. There was also no conditioner in the facility. The rules for the swimming pool was very astringent and upon hearing all the rules, we decided the ocean was a better option for us.

The staff couldn't speak a word of English, which for a hotel is surprising ?

We loved the view! Absolutely incredible! The beach being so close with great night life and food options was a dream come true. The lights under the sink mirror made putting on makeup a challenge, but not an end game.

The hotel is located very close to Haeundae Beach, walking distance to the Mipo Station for the Haeundae Sky Capsule, also very close to the metro station. We had the corner family room which was very spacious and with a thousand dollar view of the Haeundae Beach!!! None

The location is amazing, and the view for a sea view room, is incredible. The buffet breakfast is pretty basic. I think an earlier check-in and later check-out for weekday stays that aren't during a major holiday event, should be offered, as the hotel wasn't busy. My extended family booked a suite for three adults and one child. The advertisement said "sleeps 10". But there were only 2 bedrooms with 2 queen beds. The suite certainly has space to sleep 10, if people bun down in the living room, BUT you have to pay 22,000 won for a 'mattress' (which is actually a sleeping pad, not a mattress). So false advertising all around there. Also, the bathrooms didn't have had soap. When we called the front desk, they told us to use the body wash in the shower. I refused and said I am not moving a container of soap back and forward like that. I really had to push to be provided with a separate hand soap for the bathrooms, which is wild considering the cost of the room/suite.

The lobby is located on the fourth floor. Having to take multiple elevator trips.

The location is amazing! The room was very clean and spacious. We were on the 28th floor and the view was amazing!! The room came with a kitchen (stove, full fridge, and sink). The only negative is that there were no plates, cutlery, nor pots.

Great location. Across the street from the beach and close to many restaurants. Touristy area that felt safe when walking at night. Property is in need of renovation. The shower rarely had hot water. An overhead light at the door is on a photocell. It constantly turned on throughout the night when someone walked down the hall.

Location It was a little different from what I expected. Besides, for using the swimming pool, we had to wear a hat which we didn't have. A little heads up would have been helpful.

As a foreigner, it was a bit difficult to figure out the air conditioning system at first. Google translate camera helped me with that though.

Stayed with family for two nights and had a lovely time. Chose ocean view which was gorgeous and worth the extra money. Room was very close in size to an American double and was comfortable for the 3 of us. Location was close to many restaurants and was a 3 minute walk to beach. Language was a bit of a problem at check-in.

The room was very comfortable with ample towels and comfortable bedding. We had an issue with the bathroom which was fixed straight away. We rented kitchen utensils for 11000KRW per night and it had everything we needed. The bathroom facilities were good with ample storage for products. The lighting was good. Good storage space. Great location - so close to the market and to the beach and only a few minutes to the metro station. Reception staff very helpful with our queries. Could hear neighbours when they were noisy but that is not something the hotel could control.

My teenage sons were so impressed with the size of the room! Everyone had their own sleeping space which was great. The City views were lovely to see, especially at night. We appreciated the fridge and the washing machine, and was happy there was a drying rack in the room. The room was clean and attended tonwell. I visited the gym area which was wonderful, with bonus views (I chose the run along the beach though). The location was perfect for exploring the beach or the City by metro. Alos made use of the facilities in the building, the Thai spa, the Indian restaurant and the air pellet shooting range. Great stay. Personally, I was a little dissapointed that the pool wasn't yet open (early April), but i also fully recognise that not everyone like cold water swimming. I do wish the terrace had been open though, as the weather was good enough to sit a coke in the sunshine.

Beautiful room, plenty of facilities with loads of space. The view of the city was lovely especially at night, and we would have enjoyed another few days at this hotel. The location was great and the hotel was spotless. The room had fantastic kitchen facilities, but only 2 mugs and no other cutlery, crockery or cookware. I’m unsure of the purpose of a full kitchen if it can’t actually be used unless you bring the contents of your kitchen at home. We paid extra for breakfast, however everything was ice cold, which must be the norm since they have 2 microwaves available. There was a kitchen behind the buffet but it wasn’t in action so we’re presuming whatever prepping they’re doing, they didn’t want us to see.
