The location is great! Close to everything. We book ocean view family room, the view is amazing ? It provides kitchen area with cooktop but doesn’t have anything for cooking, not pot not dish, no tableware… that is a bit disappointing.

Location was great. Dated facilities, stained sheets with patches that were able to be rubbed off with water. Mold in the bathroom. Whole place needs to be redone.

The location and the view from the room is really great. The size of the room is huge for its price. The lobby area looks new all the way to our room. Public transport stops requires abit of walking, the room looks old and smells kinda old too. need to take 2 different lift to reach our room.

Location. Right Infront of the Haeundae Beach, Shops & close to the public transport. Reasonable price for me but for others…. Maybe too expensive or too cheap. Bathroom was a bit disappointing probably lack of ventilation.

The location is unbeatable - right by beach, restaurants and markets. The staff are very helpful and friendly. Bathroom is a little run down, but the water pressure in the shower was fabulous.

Staff was not exactly friendly and the reception is on level 6 where we have to take the lift to level 4 and change lift to level 6. Abit confusing as they have Suncloud & Kolon Haeundae hotel at the same place.

Great location for food/drinks and convenience store on ground floor meant everything was within reach. Got a seaview as booked. The high floor was appreciated as well. Room was large size which accomodated our 2 large luggage and 2 smaller ones with adequate space to move around Was one of the hotels which qualified for 25% discount at Busan X The Sky Was a bit tricky to locate after alighting from the airport limousine. Counter staff werent too friendly either

The view is amazing and big space. Beds are comfortable however the plumbing is not great. The toilet kept making noise and we had to manually fix it.

It is old and I don’t know if the towels are clean .. and the toilet drain needs cover
