Elevators were too slow and busy.

Excellent location. Very comfortable. View from room was fabulous.

The hotel boasts an exceptional beachfront location with stunning water views. The breakfast was outstanding, offering a great mix of European and Korean dishes, and guests could enjoy complimentary coffee and cake in the afternoon as well as wine later in the day, while the staff was consistently very friendly. Our room was located on the street side, and at times we could hear traffic noise.

The location of the hotel was great, close to a lot of things to do and easy to access public transportation. The room was very clean. The staff was responsive to requests.

Near the beach. Great location. Friendly staff. Starbucks on the 4th floor was a bonus. Need more elevators. Waited for elevators in line every time from the lobby.

The bedding is really incredible and comfortable. The room is big and well decorated, with an impressive view on the ocean. The breakfast is very good and offers a great variety of both salty and sweet products. The location is convenient, the hotel is by one of the main beaches of Busan, close to the Blue line park, and there are affordable restaurants and cafes in the area. The driveway is very convenient, as it is necessary to take the taxi to visit touristic sites across the city. The quality of breakfast tea and coffee is really below what we could expect, no taste at all. On top of that, it is not self service and you need to queue. The pool gets pretty crowded, and you cannot really swim because people don’t respect the swim lanes. In such big rooms, toilets should be separate from the bathroom.

Our stay at the Grand Josun Busan was wonderful from start to finish. The hotel’s location right on Haeundae Beach made it incredibly easy to enjoy the ocean views, morning walks along the beach, and the lively atmosphere of Busan. We also loved how convenient everything was — there were so many great local restaurants, cafes, shops, and street food spots just steps away from the hotel. It was the perfect mix of luxury, comfort, and easy access to the local culture. The staff was warm and welcoming, and the overall experience made our trip to Busan even more memorable. We would happily stay here again! One small suggestion would be regarding the glass window between the shower and bedroom area. While the modern design looks elegant, having a slightly better shade or privacy option for the transparency between the bathroom and bedroom would make the room feel even more comfortable for guests traveling together.

Well located close to the market, beach and subway . It is well appointed with comfortable beds and also clean with friendly housekeeping staff, I appreciate the convenience store and Starbucks. Noisy - stayed on the 13th floor and can still hear cars. Also can hear people talking in the hallway. Elevator- only 3 and they are slow Pool- outdoor pool is tiny (looks big in photo) Lighting in the room and washroom is dim

Some staff doesn’t know how to speak a simple English ( my korean language not good yet)

Air conditioner in the room didn't always work. Most nights it was set to 68 F and never got below 74 F. Bathroom was quite poor. No vent fan, and no shower curtain or door. Water all over the floor.

Location (beach was at the back and the hotel had a direct entrance/exit to the beach) Limited elevators for such a big hotel; other room had a bathtub and would have preferred a shower (similar to our room)

Whenever I travel to Busan for work, this is my go-to hotel. Love the location which is next to many food options. Love the beach!

Staff was friendly and rooms were clean. The location was excellent right next to the boardwalk.

Gorgeous location on beach. Wonderful pool outdoors. Concierge was so helpful. Front of house staff very nice. Restaurant service not as nice. Breakfast was a buffet and the cut off was not arrive until 10am. It was no more food at 10am. So arriving at 9:35 was problematic as they rushed us and took away food even though it was there wouldn’t let my kids have it.

The location and the quality. The value for the quality was also good. I left my reader there. They helped get it back to me, but if I was notified earlier, I would have picked it up.

Stunning pool facilities which was a bonus for the kids. The staff were really friendly and helpful. Hairdryer could have been better in the bedroom.
