The location The staff, no parking, no amenities, small rooms, dirty.

Location, heated floors and value of hotel was good. The partial view of the ocean was fantastic. Everything else was sub optimal. The staff was nonexistent, and there were no toiletries or WiFi info. We were provided with two hand towels, one tiny bar of hand soap and two robes, but everything else was missing. My fiancé and I hop around different hotels during our travels all the time so toiletries are important to help minimize what we bring along. No soap, toothpaste or shampoo was a shocker. Then don’t think about getting your room cleaned during your stay, because the first two days are paid cleaning (which I had never encountered before). It’s 10,000 won to have your room cleaned during your stay. Also, my fiancé smokes which is not an issue as he just goes outside and smokes, however due to the lack of a smoking section, there is no appropriate location to throw out the butts, so he puts them in an empty cigarette box for future disposal. We threw the box out at the hotel on the way out and was then hit with a 100,000 won request for smoking in the room, which DID NOT OCCUR.

Very convenient to the location. The beach is right across the street. It was affordable when I book it. Easy check-in and out. Luggage storage after check out until 1pm if I remember correctly. Amenity not included and have to be paid extra like shampoo, soap for showering.

Nice location, near a bunch of vendors, the beach and SeaLife aquarium It didn’t come with any shampoo or conditioner you had to pay for it separately if you wanted it. There was no door separating the living room from the bedroom so the automatic light would keep turning on even if I slightly moved in the bed which was quite annoying. This hotel also has late check starting at 4 pm.

The Haeundae Beach view was perfect, the location and the beach was worth it for its value. but the room didn’t have any shower stuff along with a bit dirty windows. Other than that

Stretegic location They don't provide regular sized bath towels
-
Location is perfect we requested a sea view and we had a full clear ocean view . They provide clean towels and bottled water everyday. Market is just few steps away including the the train and bus station. We liked everything ?

You could not beat the location, value for money and proximity to shopping and the markets. Nothing, this property exceeded my expectations, and it made my stay in Busan that much better. Great memories.

Bathroom is not comfortable enough

This place on the great location in Busan and surrounding with great food + beach Love it. They didn't have any amanities in the room and you can't ask for. You need to buy all of it at check in counter.

We liked the fact that we were finally able check in and sleep. And it’s right smacked on the beach. Not facing it. But close enough. ? If we could score this place a negative 1 star we would. I’ll start from the very beginning. The description and info about this place seemed promising. They boast about having a great view (which was true), and “convenient”. This place was anything BUT conveniently efficient for any travelers coming to Busan. This might as well have been a hostel. Upon arriving, we were told that we wouldn’t be able to check in until 4pm sharp and that we only booked for 1 room. We explained no that our reservation clearly states and books for 2 rooms! (So anyone booking here needs to have your receipts ready to fight with them). We asked if we could check in our bags a tad bit earlier and the reception had to go to the back room for awhile to ask. That should have not been big deal and being in the hotel business you should expect early arrivals from guests. They finally let us at least check in our bags in a tiny little open corner outside next to the restroom (ok..fine we guess). We walk around the front of the hotel a grabbed a coffee and small bite to eat. Came back to check in and went up to the room to shower and freshen up from a long day of traveling when we noticed there were no bath towels or small shampoos/conditioners. We came downstairs to ask for the items and was told that they use small face towels as body showering towels. For men, we are whatever. But we have ladies traveling together as well. Women need to wrap their bodies/hair sometimes after showering. Oh! And for basic samples sizes of shampoo/conditioners they’ll cost you krw 500…EACH! Want a cheap soap, toothpaste, toothpaste, floss?? It’ll also cost you. If you’re going to nickel and penny everything, you need to be more honest and open about the type of hotel establishment you’re running. (Ok we looked past all that as well ?) The hotel next to a night market that has street food and shops that only take cash so we asked if they knew where find a money exchange.

The hotel is in a great location and is a good price. It’s also clean and comfortable.

The view in the room was great. The room was not that nice. The pillows were flat, they give you two small hand towels to dry your body with and thats it. There are no toiletries in the room and they sell overpriced travel size bottles at the front desk. After three days stay with no housekeeping service, I went to the desk to ask if they could clean my room and they tried to tell me I would have to pay extra to change the bed linen.

The location of the property was amazing directly in front of the beach The bed was super hard terrible so uncomfortable
-
I don’t know why you puted Boutique in your name. When I arrived it was just Elysia and please put put English sign that says redemption is on 5th floor. It’s exactly on the beach loves it

the location and staffs are really the best assets of this hotel Staff asking for early check out (2 hours) for a fee of 30000 W while certainly the room was ready and we have got our baby <2 years old with us. We had to change the routes as we just didn't use to pay this fee wherever we travel to (Vietnam, France, Thailand, Singap etc...). Also there is no amenities (shower gel etc...) for $100 a night? We could go to another hotel for that price

The location and the size of the room are great!
