APM Inn and Suites

It was cheap for a reason but it wasn't as cheap as it should have been for what you got. No sheets or pillow cases, very dirty mold smelling with cigarettes and pot. the pictures were probably taken back in the hay day but not now. Just don't stay there Basically everything don't stay there

Ok The smell

They charged $150 deposit before we could check in along with the price we had already paid for in advance. The key card didnt work.

It was dirty and I got accused of cooking in the room when I said that when making food the roaches come out and are infested. And making this comment and leaving the reviews I left got me kicked out of the APM but it's a dirty establishment no pool one working elevator ceiling leaking trash around the outside and the inside of the building they have drug addicts hanging in and out there they allow people to sleep in the lobby at times over all its a very poor establishment to be running and the hallways are just as dirty the hallway air conditioner leaked and the carpet was soaked the hallways smell like weed and piss and dogs the elevator smells the same way you lead people in with intentions of them being able to go swimming. While we are making sandwiches we have to flick off roaches and if we a person would cook in there where does it say we can't cook you have a fridge microwave air conditioner and lamps there was on Individual names bret who we told about the roaches he came in and sprayed and we still had then he made the comment that we live there they can't do anything. So we went and bought rid and spraid our room ourselves also they are saying we don't get the security deposit back our room was clean and no damages when we left it's matter of fact we made it cleaner for them also how can you as a booking site advertise for the APM and show pictures of a pool and how it looks when it doesn't look that way at all thats false advertisement. I think you need to post these pictures on show everyone who wants to rent a room there what there place really looks like

Myself and my fiance were staying there and my fiance made a review about hiw dirty the place is and how poorly the staff was we were making food in our room we were cooking it in the microwave when we seen roaches ans had to flick them off the stand and clean the stand to finish cooking our food. They came to spray the room but that spray didnt work we ended up having to buy raid and that didnrt work that well either the booking sitds that people use is being decived by the pictures that are on the site there is no pool the cieling leaks there is only one elevator that works in the building the carpets are stained up with pet urime and possibly even human urine and feces. The the evlevtor also smells the same way but ot smells like weed same as the hallways theree is trash outside the dumpster and they have prostitutes and drug dealders in amd.out of there some of the staff live on tbe fourth floor that floot is made into and apartment the place is unsafe to be operating

There is a diner next door that has good food. I booked a room that specifically stated it would have a King bed and a pull out sofa. The room did not have a pull out sofa, so we all had to sleep in the same bed. There was a wet spot on the carpet that smelled like puke. Room smelled like smoke. After visiting the diner for dinner and coming back to the room, there was a vagrant in the lobby who decided they had the right to put hands on us, while no staff was to be found. This is less a hotel and more a dirt cheap apartment complex and vagrant gathering spot.

Smells of Smoke/ Weed

It was available. Property was rundown with water stained ceiling tiles falling out of ceiling in lobby. Halls were dirty and room was subpar with a cheap bed that looked as though sheets were still dirty.

Very poor

The rooms are neat and clean. The staff was very rude, he collected $50 as deposit and did not return it while check out just for late of 15 mins. So basically they collect the deposit at the time of check in and never return it.

Superb

The room was clean-ish. It was very spacious, the bed was comfortable, but the sheets and towels had stains, stray hairs on the linens and in the bathroom, the room smelt funny, and our pillows were all different sizes.

Was upgraded to a king room for the weekend at no extra cost. My only negative is that I couldn't find the ice machine even though the website said there was one on each floor.

We got to our room and noticed that the pillows were a little small and only two on our King bed. Not a big deal, but I spoke with Elon and he told me he'd see if he could find some more. To my pleasant surprise we got a knock on the door and had two more plump pillows delivered with a smile. Microwave and fridge worked great, and we knew in advance that there were no coffee pots in our room so I brought my own portable pot. Would definitely recommend.
