Great stay, excellent staff

I would not recommend this hotel to anybody, especially not loan travelers as was stated in the description that it was highly rated by loan travelers I find it hard to believe

the pool was very enjoyable to relax in after our event

Loved the pool, it was a bit cold but I'm not complaining haha

The hotel was dirty, the bed mattress was sunken in and falling apart, trash was behind the bed, hair on the bed sheets as if the sheets were not changed. The bathroom toilet was dirty and the sink was clogged. The air conditioner was not blowing out cold enough air. The shower curtain was filthy and the room had an awful odor.

The ac was broken in the room

Nothing Everything, our bathroom was dirty, the dresser was broken, there was cigarette burns in the blankets, blood spots on the sheets, it smelled like weed, there was Pubic hair on the toilet, it was way too far in the hotel to take my dogs outside, Druggies everywhere in there and outside the hotel. I checked out early and lost out on money cause me and my child didn't feel safe there.I will never stay there again. Only nice thing was the pool. The hotel was very hot and miserable.

Run down. There were stains on the bed linens. Little pieces of dirt on pillows. Bathroom was dirty. Very disappointing.

Parking lot is hard to find even with Google maps. One of my two beds was broken. Towels were ether stained or dirty. Dirt in tub hair in tub. Property could be nice with better care

The lamp on the desk was broken. There was no fan in the bathroom. The bath tub was dirty. The toilet paper holder was broken. There was supposed to be a microwave in the room however there wasnt. The only microwave was a tiny dirty one in a hallway adjacent to the lobby. The pool had a sign stating it was closed although when I asked the staff they said it was open, very confusing. It was supposed to be a non-smoking hotel; apparently someone was smoking in the hallway so everyone was woken up to a fire alarm. The staff tried to say there was no problem, then firemen in full gear came in and the smoke which was not cigarette smoke could be seen and smelled in the lobby.

Walked into the room and it smelled like cat and dog pee. The bathroom was gross, the pool looked like it hasn’t been cleaned.

Horrible.

This is the worst hotel you could possibly stay in. The pool was closed and cloudy. There was no ice or anything. The tub did not drain when we were up finding something out. Another person said that their toilet wouldn’t flush. It was dirty. The lock was broken off in the bathroom and kind of glued back in the front door lock the extra lock. It was broken not working. It was just a terrible experience. I would tell everyone not to stay there.

I love the hotel nice room and the inside courtyard with the pool was nice! The only problem I had is when we first got there the hallway smell like mold!
