The staff was amazing, so nice and accommodating. The hotel itself needs a series upgrade. The hallway smelled terribly of Marijuana and smoke, which is not their fault. The vending area by our room did not have an ice machine. You had to go to the main entrances. There are different doors to park in front of to be nearest your room, also, there is no elevator to the 2nd floor. It was perfect for the late check in and quick stay, but definitely need some TLC.

Humidity in the room, bad smell and chemical breakfast ( juice and mini cakes ),

Overall the rooms were clean and the staff friendly. The issue was breakfast. We specifically booked this place for the free breakfast as we were getting in late and needed to get right back on the road. That being said they had waffles and bread choices white bread, muffins, english muffins and mini micro bagels and some cereal and that was it. There were bananas that were in a bowl that were just about done as they were browned pretty good and mushy and when I went to grab one a bunch of fruit flies flew all over the place so needless to say I put it back. Orange juice was completely out. Would have expected eggs, sausage, bacon maybe potatoes like other places. I just ate a english muffin would have been happy with a normal bagel maybe everything or sesame but they just had plain mini bagels.

I was then moved to a third room (209). The sheets were clean, but the fridge had standing water in the bottom, was not level, and leaked onto the floor when opened. I didn’t feel safe putting my food in it because I didn’t know how long the water had been there or if there was mold. The room phone also wasn’t connected. Overall, the hotel felt poorly maintained and did not meet basic cleanliness or safety standards.

This is a SCAM. Photos online show a nice clean and safe hotel, that is so far from the truth. Do not stay here. After leaving I found out that this hotel was CONDEMNED last year. Lots of criminal activity at this place. Do not bring your children here.

Rat bait station beside door to enter hallway to get to room, candy left by steps nearby, dirt on walkway. Manager had to leave desk unattended for perhaps 10 minutes.

The free buffet breakfast had a nice variety and was served in the times advertised. There was a couple of sketchy people in the parking lot but they didn’t interact with me and seemed harmless.

Easy to get to. Clean

you get what you pay for and book via Orbitz. when you pull up to your selected property and find the front desk staff secured behind a partitian, you know you are in trouble. when you pull in the lot and watch cops busting a female "worker of street", you know you are in trouble.

The room was nice. The beds were comfortable to sleep in. My kids loved the breakfast. It was nice to have the shampoo and conditioner in the shower, it was one thing I didn't need to bring with me when packing for four people. I think the covers on the bed, need to be replaced. Ours had a paint stain on them, which was fine, but some people may be more pickier than our family. The glass at the front desk made it difficult to hear the staff. Parking lot was very congested, with big trucks and construction stuff. We could not park near the hotel, so maybe have the bigger vehicles park around back.

It definitely doesn’t look like the photo anymore. It is outdated. It smells like nothing but weed. We found a cockroach in our room. We told the staff as we were to be there two nights because we were here for a softball tournament and wanted a refund for the second night as we went to stay elsewhere and the lady told me she couldn’t she’s never had complaints of bugs in this room that she could change our room. We said no thank you as if one room has them they all do.

You pay for what you get. If you just need a bed in a pinch, it will do. But not something I’d ever seek out.

It was in a convenient area with a sheetz close by It was awful. We didn’t even stay and the hotel wouldn’t refund us. It smelled like cigarettes and liquor in the entire hotel, hallway and all. There was blood drops on the desk in the room, and on the wall next to the sink and the bed sheet. The toilet had dried pee drips on It. It was dimly lit. I wouldn’t touch the shower with a ten foot pole. There were rat traps everywhere outside. The whole place is filthy. We checked in at 9:45pm and checked out at 11pm. Staff claimed we were there for “three hours” and wouldn’t refund us. Paid for another room at the competitor up the street and it was only $30 more for a very nice hotel instead.

The premises and the corridors not that great… and the breakfast has very minimal options with short timing… overall it is okay but not great
