Clean, great location, great attendant, comfortable rooms. The only problem that I saw was that there are no hangers for clothing or for towels in the bathrooms. No elevator, so if the room is not on ground floor you have to cary your luggage upstairs. No hangers for towels or clothing in bathrooms.

The appliances and kitchen sink and faucet were oxidized and old. The towel used in the bathroom on the floor was dirty and had step marks when I entered the house. The iron provided was not clean and caught on my garments couple of times when I was ironing them. Dishes provided were not clean and had food stains on them. I had to wash them again.

the location is very convenient, very close to Baha’i Gardens and Ben Gurion street with lots of good restaurants. Host is very kind and responsive. They tried their best to accommodate our requests. great place to stay.

Location is amazing. Room was clean. Fixing/small renovations is necessary in the bathroom - shower door was not secure properly and plumbing fixtures calsified.

The location was perfect and the bed was confortable. It was practical to have some small shops in the direct vicinity. As a foreigner, I have felt safe, which was a good point. Contact via WhatsApp with the person in charge was efficient and friendly. The appartement was OK, but did not look as good as the pictures. The bathroom needs a complete renovation, especially the shower which wad very old, and not good looking at all. To use the kitchen, I would have liked to have a towel to dry the dishes and some salt and oil to cook. It was a nightmare to park the car. There are parking places in front of the hotel building, but not enough. Finding a parking place was really challenging.

Facilities are excellent for a long stay. Basics are all covered. Grocery on the opposite side of the road is good and provides for your day to day needs. Lot of climbing and up and down. Personal touch, although they were prompt on the whatsapp. They would reply promptly.

Their whole reservation to management and cleaning person were far beyond carrying and supporting. They were extremely kind, and quick to resoond to our questions and needs and always resolved everything quickly and professionally. I highly and enthusiastically recommend them. No matter how much I rave about their exceptional service it is still not adequate. they were AWESOME!!!! none. they were fantastic
