clean and nice staff

they upgraded our room, it was nice, everything was clean.

Location The water flows is slowly, the bedding has a musty smell, and the equipment is rusty.

Good air conditioning. Decent size room for the price. Shower gel provided. Key pass to get into the building so felt safe. Friendly staff who helped with bags. Bathroom was slightly dirty around the sink. Room was quite snug, but enough room for two of us. About a ten minute walk to the old town (where most activity is). Although there is a 7/11 a three minute walk away.

The hosts are really nice and always there if you need anything. They also have motorbikes for rent for a really good price so it's really easy to move around. Even if we didn't want the room to be made every day we always found new water bottles and toilet paper outside our door.

The staff were so welcoming from the beginning, up until I left (waving my taxi off despite it being 5am) The hotel is off the main road so is nice and quiet yet close to amenities and easy for day trips. Bed was so comfy & the place was overall very clean Some people have commented on the stairs, personally I don't mind this. There's 4 flights to get to the top floor.

Really welcoming and friendly staff. Just hidden around a corner to avoid any noise, so nice and peaceful. The street just off the hotel becomes a night market on Saturday night which was really cool. The hotel is a short walk - 7 minutes - to the chaos of the centre. Massages, places to eat, and a 7-11 all within minutes of the hotel. I believe the hotel also hires out scooters. The week's supply of water they gave me was brilliant. It almost lasted me. I ran out on the day before I was due to leave. The shower. Unfortunately the shower pressure didn't live up to everything else and was a disappointment.

The airport is not far away It seems like a family run hotel. I told them several times that I would check out in the very early morning since I had an early flight the next day. They said someone would be in the reception at 3.30am. Later, when I could not pre book Grab, they tried to find a taxi for me but unsuccessful. They said they could take me by motorcycle for free, how kind they were. However, the next day, nobody was there, and nobody showed up to drop me off at the airport. Also, there was no place to return the keys as the reception door was locked. The time was tight , and I had to find the way out. Before I left the hotel, I messaged them where I placed the keys. They didn't reply or explain anything. The hotel was totally not trustworthy!!

Nice simple room, decent amount of space, perfectly fine… Staff were very nice.. Maybe ten minute walk to southern gate. Would stay again WiFi was a bit sketchy

The hotel is not a modern place but it has the necessary to stay comfortable, it has 24 hours reception and a good location.

Close to the location The room is not clean, with stains and moisture marks. The bed has lint, and the water system does not function properly (low water pressure).

very quite neighbourhood, 24 hour desk, comfortable bed, clean. In the morning birds are singing Reception doesn’t speak English. 3% charge for card payments. Room a bit outdated and can benefit from some decorations.
