The style is very beautiful, and the location is very good. The price is also very reasonable. The property's condition is okay overall, but it needs some renovations. The bathroom particularly needs to be renovated.

Excellent location right next to notable Silver Temple and walkable to Old City, many markets and other temples . Quiet area of neighborhood. The owner/hostess is WONDERFUL, very helpful at booking tours and experiences or services and making sure you get a good price, goes out of her way to make you feel at home. This made my stay as a solo traveler and I'd recommend based on that alone. Bed was a bit firm. This isn't exactly a complaint but something foreign guests should consider is the units have one electric A/c per room and they are understandably asked to be turned off when not in use; but then struggle to keep up. I was moved from a top floor room to ground floor room and that helped a lot. Chiang Mai heat can be something serious and after days out in the heat it can be exhausting coming back to a super hot room that takes quite a while to cool. This may be the standard case in CM; just something one may consider depending on time of year. I did enjoy the pool.

One of the best hotels I have ever stayed at. From the moment you arrive, you are welcomed by the amazing Oli, the owner, who is incredibly friendly and always ready to guide you and help with anything you need. She has such a beautiful, positive, and uplifting energy that you feel immediately at home. The hotel has a classic, elegant character, which you can clearly see in the furniture and the overall décor. It is very clean, peaceful, and relaxing, with a lovely swimming pool in the middle and trees all around, creating a calm and natural atmosphere. Many places are within walking distance, which makes the location very convenient. We will definitely stay here again. Tip: If you are planning to visit, contact Oli directly before booking. She can often offer better rates and help you organize everything smoothly, so you don’t have to worry about laundry or what to do during the day, including excursions and activities. It was all amazing

Quiet and authentic place with a friendly host The entire room was occupied with two large beds so there was little space left.

Nothing I can think of.

The owner was lovely and welcoming

Charming property and the staff are amazing. The owner was so helpful with arrangements and always bringing us fruits or local treats to try. This place has a chill vibe. The bathroom in the room we stayed in was very awkward. It was a huge step up and then over a very high cemented wall… dangerous when wet.

Convenient location, extremely kind and helpful owner (Oil), spacious suite, powerful AC. Oil found us a driver to take us to a tea tasting in the mountains and got us discounts for hikes and bike rides. She also provided affordable and excellent laundry done same day. And let me not forget. Oil greeted us with fresh coconut water - including the coconut meat! - when we arrived. The service and smiles were exceptional. There’s also an exceptional coffee roaster across the street, Ma Lune. Suite has very limited natural light and bare bulb lighting to compensate. Facilities overall are dated albeit cute. Rugs were not very clean upon our arrival. Street noise is an issue. Street noise alone was bad enough that I’ll be using Google Maps to estimate nearby traffic when I return to Chiang Mai. It’s a pity bc we loved the owner’s hospitality and our stay was great otherwise.

The owner couldn’t do enough for me and was lovely. It was a very small property but very quaint and in a good location. The room was quite crowded and so a little claustrophobic for me. Too much jammed in the room so claustrophobic and dark. Hard bed.

Very quiet, comfy. An oasis of peace in the city center not very interactive, the restaurant was rarely open and the staff did not speak English very well

Very friendly, helpful staff. Clean and comfortable room. Traditional, quirky and interesting house. An electric kettle instead of a water heater which took a long time to heat up would have been better - quicker and more economical.

Great location. Pool was great. Staff were very friendly.

Beautiful place with the most stunning decor, one of the most visually interesting places we’ve been for sure! Nothing! Very hospitable staff and free water too!

It was a splendid old European-style building, and I felt like I was living in a museum! The staff was very friendly.
