Amazing staff, good location.

We had an incredible 6-night stay! We were a large group with kids, occupying 3 rooms, and the hotel exceeded our expectations. The entire staff was exceptionally patient and professional, handling our group size with a smile. The location is perfect, the pool was a huge hit with the kids, and the breakfast was delicious and varied. We truly appreciated the hospitality and highly recommend this hotel for families and groups! Everything was perfect

We had to stay there for 10 days because of a broken leg. Everything was excellent for us. We had a first floor room with easy access to breakfast area. Room was spacious and comfortable. Great AC and great wifi. The staff was super attentive to our needs. They even gave me a birthday cake as it happened during our stay. We only have good things to say about this place . Highly recommend. Nothing

Great breakfast each morning. Friendly, helpful staff. And steps away from Saturdays night market. Don't miss Napoli Pizza down the street!!

Staff was friendly and pretty central to a lot of places. The gym wasn’t accesible, seemed like they had some construction going on in there and smelled musty and mildew, the elevator windows were very dirty covered in bird poop on the outside. I thought from the booking breakfast was included, but was not! Breakfast was just okay in my opinion for $100 baht! Nothing fancy! Beds were okay, I didn’t think they were comfortable and seemed like the bedding was a little dirty.

We stayed during Songkran and the property was in a quiet area, with a short walk towards the action. The pool was really nice to cool off in, our private balcony was great to chill out after a day of excitement and water fights. The staff were so friendly and helpful, even when we chose not to get our room clean, housekeeping left us a basket of fresh coffee/cups, toilet paper, and pool towels. I would stay here again! Nothing to report. Loved it!

A little far from Restaurants

Breakfast was simple but good. We found the property a bit far from Old Town likely because of the heat (31+ degrees C). We found it too hot to walk back and forth from the property.

Basically everything

The space is too small for a family of 4 even though it is recommended in the website. It looks bigger in the picture but smaller in the actual size. The hot water system is weak and the bath tub is leaking water slowly. I wish they provide a few bowls, plates and cutlery.

Nice breakfast.... There's a sewer smell in the room, so I had to cover all the drains in the toilet with plastic bags to keep the smell from coming out. ?? The small car park doesn't fit two cars. ?️? The bed sheets and pillows smell bad; they do wash and change them regularly, but the problem is how they wash them... they smell like oil.

This hotel is in a great location if you want to spend your time at the night markets They had some issues with hot water on our first night, but it got resolved so not really a complaint

The staff was very friendly and helpful, there are a huge amount of tours that they can help set up for you. The rooms are very nice, and they offer private balconies to lounge at as well as a nice pool to cool off and relax at. The breakfast has a good amount of options.

The AC didn’t seem to be working and when I opened it up to look at it it hadn’t been cleaned in ages. It worked fine after I took the filters off.

They can organize massage in your room for the same price as on street massage clubs.
-
Nice quiet location if you don’t mind 15 minute walk to the nearest old city wall. Laundry

The cost, feeling safe as a female solo traveller, location (close to temples, 7-11, Wua Lai walking street) breakfast, proximity to other inexpensive restaurants, helpfulness of staff were all superior.I've already decided to return next year. Nothing could have been improved.
