Way too small. Even smaller than our hotel rooms in Toyko city center. Wifi did not work. Nosy area.

Even by Japan standards, the bathroom was very small. Also, as with the other Four Points Flex hotels that I stayed at in Japan, the TV is tiny and it can't be adjusted; if you're in bed, it's not in your line of sight. Who made this design decision?

I received the cancellation email at night before my departure (Which I did not cancelled) I was worried, however, they reply me the message in the early morning (4am) that the email was mistaken.

The room was too small for me, and the bed wasn't very comfortable

The TV is placed in an awkward spot. The bathroom is small even by Japanese hotel standards. Location was just alright; it's close, but not close enough, to the station.

It's a good take on a business hotel, but don't expect luxury. Everything was clean, the bed and pillows were exceptionally comfortable, especially for Japan, and it's location was hard to beat, right by the station, the morning market, and the streetcar to everything else. It is a SMALL room. It's got everything you need, certainly, but it is very small. It was maybe a little expensive for what it is, but it's a competitive price.

Great location, comfy bed and pillows, quiet, wonderful! Some cleaning noise in the hallways in the mornings

A bit away from the station, compared to other hotels.

Located rather near Hakodate station and right next to daimon yokocho, no need to worry about finding your way back. Wifi was very fast and overall, a good business hotel with all the basic needs. There was no free parking.
