The location was perfect!! You are close to the Hakodate ropeway, food spots, and it has a ROOFTOP VIEW!! Best hotel in Hakodate. The staff were incredibly nice as well. And FREE COFFEE! Nothing. The stay was amazing.

Great staff. So kind. We didn’t realize we were visiting over the days of the Hakodate Port Festival what a great surprise that was! Even better was the hotel letting guests watch the fireworks show from their rooftop and it was a perfect view!

The room was spacious, clean and comfortable compared to the rooms in Takanawa and Aomori that cost much more. The complementary coffee reception in the lobby offered latte, cupacino, hot chocolate, Matcha and more. I would definitely go back. The older taxi drivers did not know where this hotel was nor the name of it.

Super friendly and helpful staffs. A few of them are fluent in english. Enjoyed their lounge during the stay, they have a coffee machine which makes delicious drinks. Room is clean and comfortable. Highly recommended.

Lovely place, very roomy stay, friendly front desk folks, casual vibes. They have a cute self service lobby cafe with a huge whiteboard fulls of drawings and notes that you can write. Quiet part of town, slightly farther from the station than many of the other hotels but by no means far. Enjoyed it.

it was a comfortable stay with lovely staff and good facilities. Well located as well between the morning fish markets and the Kanemori Red Brick Warehouse. They even provide you with bath salts as part of the amenities. I didn't mind it and thought it was quite charming, but it is a bit dated.

The lady that welcomed us was super nice. The hotel was really charming, in a quiet residential area of Hakodate. The room was spacious and well organized. Nice surprise: free coffee and matcha at the entrance.

Small play area at the ground floor, good for kids. Dog park on the roof top, good for pet picnics. Dated furniture in the room but not a huge problem with us.

Though it was not suited near the main train station, it is still easily accessible, 2 tram station away from the main station if I remember correctly. I stayed only for a night but it was almost a perfect stay. Very value for money. Absolutely recommendable for a stay if staying near the main train station is not a must for you. There’s nothing I do not like about the accommodation.

Staff is very friendly and supportive. The hotel offers free drink from coffee machine. Super nice! They also provide a parking space with 500 yen per stay. The room is a bit small for 4 persons but understanable
