Location is almost in front of the bay. Even though it located a little bit far from JR station, but it is in the midst of shopping and restaurants area. I can easily walk to morning market as well. None.

The breakfast was very good. Lots of choices and Japanese dishes. The view was outstanding. The hotel is a little tired looking and could use a refresh. But staff were helpful and everything was clean.

The location is very good because it takes easy from Hakodate Airport. I was able to get shuttle bus to near the hotel. No. honestly, there ware a lot of loudly foreigner especially from near the country.

Location was awesome, super near to the red brick warehouse, I was lucky to have the room that is facing the red brick house during Christmas, which have a great view on the Christmas tree lights and fireworks. Free coffee machine in lobby, free ramen noodle for supper. Buffet Breakfast is superb. Free ice cream after onsen. Lift waiting time is a little long, especially during time peak timing. JR Station is quite a walk.

it has the best spot of hakodate, right in front of red brick shopping area. from my window I can see a giant xmas tree and fireworks every night. Hakodate ropeway is also within walking distance, it's a breeze to enjoy these views on a snowy day hotel is about 10 mins walk from jr station, it could be difficult in a snowy day and on a slippery road. would be great if hotel can provide shuttle services. good news is that there's airport bus stops in front of hotel, which is convenient

Absolutely incredible! The location is great, not too far from the train station and close to the bay area. The onsen was simply amazing and even the post-onsen experience was perfect. Nothing to complain about. Everything was great!

We arrived at 1:00 p.m., and even though the room was ready, they didn’t let us check in before 3:00 p.m. There was a long line at breakfast. The towels were so old it felt like drying off with sandpaper.

This hotel was gorgeous and had a great location right by the bay and little restaurants. Our room was great and had a lovely view. They provided coffee beans and a pour over setup in the room that made great coffee to enjoy with the view in the morning before we went over to the breakfast buffet. The onsen was very nice with lots of different baths to use and also a great lookout of the city. If you like a snack after the onsen, they have free ramen from 10pm-11:30pm. Everything was super clean and it was a great stay. Nothing was wrong with those property.

Great location right on the harbour. Price for what you get. Smallest room for three people we have had for the trip. Almost felt like a dolls room.
