Our room was specious and beautiful, everything was clean and in perfect shape. The hotel location was great for touring the city and its surrounding While the washing machines were really good there were too few of them and it was very hard to find one available to use (also because some people just didn’t pick their laundry on time).

Right by the station, so convenient location. The breakfast buffet was amazing! I enjoyed the Kaisen don (sushi bowl), milk from local dairy farm, and so many great options. The public bath was really nice. The ramen restaurant just across from the hotel was great as well. A short walk to the streetcar stops to go to major sightseeing spots. I have great memories... I highly recommend this hotel! N/a

Conveniently located and the room is comfortable and clean. I booked the Japanese room with a futon instead of sofa bed. Futon was very comfortable. Staff was friendly.

Excellent location, right next to Hakodate Station. The breakfast buffet was FANTASTIC!!! The double room was a bit tight but very functional and comfortable with all new features. The public bath was all-wood and well designed, and the complimentary ice pop was a nice touch. The price at Booking.com was very affordable for this caliber of a hotel.

Excellent location right next to JR station with a Lawson below. Rooms were clean, modern and comfortable. There are ample laundry facilities and the onsen is very nice. The onsen can get busy as the users of the nearby gym use it also.

The room was bigger then i expected and comfortable, view from the room was superb as you can see the whole sea horizon. Location of hotel is very near to the main station and the morning market, easy to get around.
