Cost performance was poor.

Great location and good price. Very friendly staff and overall decent comfort. The lobby had a great atmosphere setting the hotel apart from usual look of bigger chains.

SUPER friendly staff! We’re absolutely amazing at doing what they can to accommodate and were super pleasant to talk to. Also very close to the station and very much near restaurants! The only gripe I have is about the dryer. While I know hang drying is a thing, this dryer felt like it did next to nothing to dry clothes. Everything else about the complex was superb besides that small thing!

the location is near to Hakodate JR and fish market, you can drop your item and continue your plan once shopping done at Hakodate morning fish market it’s a shared toilet, there is no warm water when you wash your hand or brush your teeth. besides need to increase the cleaning frequency as some user is not so hygienic and have some ‘left over’ at the toilet.

The hotel room is dated. The toilet door is about 300 cm higher than the floor in the room. Also, guests are required to remove their shoes and put on slippers provided by the hotel before they can go up to their room. No free breakfast is provided. Credit card is not accepted for room payment.
