The room was very comfortable and the location was very close to the train station, convenient if you have onward travel and don't want to drag your luggage over long distances. It was also not so bad to walk to the waterfront from there, then take the tram back (there is a stop quite close to the hotel). No complaints.

Really nice staff! Luggage storage before check in available. Free breakfast. Rooms were spacious. 8min walk from the train station. Only one elevator. Breakfast options aren't that great, especially compared to other Toyoko branches I've been to in various cities.

Closeby to jr station We’re not getting free bottled water,although we can still refill water. Place looks a bit old

I didn't ask or reserve a smoking room, but they specified a smoking room for me. My room smelled strongly of cigarettes. the smell of cigrate in my room

A very nice hotel near Hakodate station - everything as described in the offer. The room was clean and spacious, the staff was friendly and helpful - great breakfasts. I definitely recommend this place.

Toyoko always deliveres. No surprises. Good ratio price/value, standard rooms, always clean and enough. Great location !! Hakodate catering team, not as efficient as in Toyoko in Osaka, and the breakfast not as tasty. If you are late, meaning around 9, breakfast til 9:30, you will have a limited choice of food.

It was a perfect stay. Everything was nice, clean and convenient. The staffs were very friendly and everything was so well explained.

The hotel was clean and comfortable, with friendly staff and good breakfast that varied daily. The room was organized well enough to be able to open large luggage and the desk was big enough to use a laptop. The bed, pillow and chair were all good and comfortable. Bathroom was very small and the shower was controlled from the same controls as the sink, which took a bit to get used to. I also had intermittent issues with the wifi connectivity.

It is close to the Hakodate station and very convenient. There are a lots of food and restaurants nearby. The staff are nice and helpful. The room is clean and tidy. My room is a bit small.
