The location of the hotel makes me feel like living in neighborhoods in the warming forest. The staffs were very friendly and welcoming.The public onsen room is very quiet and there’s an outdoor onsen. The breakfast is very very very good!!! There are variety of foods from local shinshu soba and udon area and western food.

Room is huge and peaceful to stay. Very nice breakfast. Great facilities. Nice onsen room. Not much convenience for those who didn’t have a car. You need a car or taxi to get here

Excellent breakfast, staff were great/very helpful, onsen in room and at hotel was very nice There didn't seem to be a drying room for ski clothes. Needed more hanging options for clothes in room

The private onsen in the room was perfect after days out in the snow. Great location for walking to restaurants and shops/hire equipment. The shuttle service to ski resorts was excellent - would have helped to know the schedules before arriving to better organise and plan which slopes to visit.

Thea room is in good size, the spring water is what i needed. The service is good. Club member seems to have free drinks at lobby, which is good. NA

Breakfast was fabulous - so many options for every international palate. Very satisfied. The bathroom was a bit plastic - felt a bit like being a caravan. I would have expected a bit better for the price.
