I wish there was. When I first checked in, my hot water boiler still had water remaining in it I don't know how long. Told them about the situation and their response is just an "oh!". Quickly boiled me hot water in their kitchen with another pot. Turned out the pot was even worse as I poured it out into a cup, there was sooo much residue in there. I made and ate instant noodles with it but luckily didn't feel much sickness. Last night in my stay I couldn't even sleep because it was warm and the area had lots of flies and good luck opening the balcony. I was battling whether to open the window for air or wear less but bitten by flies. At the end, I wore long sleeves and long pants with socks, put on my snow balaclava, practice Zen mode to fall asleep. In the morning I woke up with swollen left eyes because that was the only area I didn't cover. There was also no room service, I was asked to go down to the kitchen to pick up a new one. I also noticed I pretty much had the whole hotel to myself, there were no other tenants, the alley was quiet, when I walked around the building at night, my room was the only one with room light lit, and my room was the furthest in the hall. Had to say the experience I was terrifying the whole time.

Quaint hotel, good location for catching the bus to the ski areas. Not much else around though, but there are some places within walking distance. The staff was great and amazingly friendly and very helpful. No options to order breakfast when I did have it. They did not ask what I wanted, but instead gave me fried eggs and greasy bacon. Not stoked with that. I ate some just to be polite.

excellent location between the bus terminal and the slopes. Close to many restaurants. Good breakfast. Very attentive staff. No Wifi in the rooms! Not acceptable and not made clear pre booking. Wifi only in the lobby and mezzanine floor. If you plan to do any work during your stay, not really possible. The door in the main corridor leading to all rooms is way too low (under 1.8m). Unacceptable. Injured my head quite badly, and I am sure I am not the only one.

very friendly and warm staff. Breakfast was excellent and impressive, especially the Japanese breakfast. Excellent value. It is old and well used, but it works fine. Convenient location. And cheap.

great place, great people

it was perfectly located 1 minute from bus terminal and at two of the shuttle stops for Happo Ski. it is across street from convenience store and walking distance to many restaurants. there is ample ski storage. the breakfast is hot and cooked as you arrive each morning. the staff is incredibly hospitable and even brought us a breakfast cart for our last day due to our very early departure time. this was such a pleasant experience for us. the staff also was very helpful prior to our arrival. they answered all questions promptly and sent us information to help guide us on our transportation options to arrive in Hakuba. our room was ample in size with comfy beds (not horribly common throughout Japan), our room was warm and we liked the. couch to kick back on and relax after a long day skiing. the property is dated.

Room, location and comfort No Wifi in Rooms. You have to come to the lobby to use wifi which is very inconvenient and irritating. The breakfast is quite expensive and also it has only 1-2 varieties in the hot breakfast menu.
