Exceptional breakfast! Really nice stuff, though, they could've provided more information about the shuttles to the resorts. They only gave info regarding one hotel. Very cozy place, busy, full of ppl. Very comfy bed linens and warm blankets. The room was so so so dusty!! Looks clean other than that, but very dusty!!

The location was ok. The breakfast was good. The lodge has a lot of potential. Staff and site were pleasant enough. Rooms were very small with lacking storage facilities so living out of a suitcase which causes room space issues. If felt more like a student house than a lodge/hotel set up. Communication could have been better from the team, it did feel we had to work to get information from the staff. Admittedly, the staff were all finishing their season to go home back to Australia so I would say this was the focus during our stay and not necessarily the guest. However, this should not have been the case.

Breakfast and shuttle services were great! The location was good, not far from Happo Kosukai slope. Overall we enjoyed our stay.

Good value for money and in walking distance to restaurants and lifts. Rooms are quite small but ok given the value proposition. No vibe in the common areas. My watch mysteriously disappeared from my room while I was out skiing. The staff didn’t seem to take it seriously. This brought my rating down from 7 to 4.

The location is excellent within Hakuba Village, the place is generally clean, and towels are provided. The serving speed for breakfast was extremely slow. My friends and I ordered six breakfasts at 7:05. By 7:40, only four dishes were served, and the remaining two didn’t arrive until 8:10, meaning that two people waited for more than an hour to get their breakfast—unbelievable. The breakfast itself was delicious, but such slow service seriously impacted our skiing schedule, which was very disappointing.

Staff are excellent. Good location Rooms are small

Excellent staff, use of lounge and dining areas, private shuttle bus to town and some ski resorts. Breakfast included and very tasty - options changed each day. Very firm beds, the walk back up the hill. Tiny bathrooms.

The staff was very friendly and easygoing from the very beginning. And the location is great - central to most of the mountains, hot springs and restaurants. I thought the general upkeep and cleanliness of the place could have been better, especially the entrance where there was just a mess of shoes and slippers all over the place. The dry room was in a similar condition.

First time staying in the “green season”. Very low key relative to the ski and snowboard season. Very clean accommodation and great communication with Atsushi and Michael. Will stay there again come winter. Can’t think of anything.

Great location, close to Happo-one and the town centre.

The place was, well equipped, with ample communal space, hangout couch, fire place, the breakfast was ok but generous, free shuttle was a nice touch. Staff were all nice, welcoming and English speaking. Location is walking distance to the center of town but not close enough if you carry your ski gear but not far enough to wait on the bus, plus it up hill. The walls were not sound proof, you can hear every move from other rooms but the loudest was the plumbing when water runs through it.
