Friendly staff and hotel cleanliness. Plus everything not too far. Both receptionist especially one working in the morning shift helped us get right bookings at decent rate and provided us excellent guidence throughtout our stay.

The rooms are lovely, we arrived early so paid to temporarily stay in a delux / family room which had 2 beds and bath tub as well as shower, that room was lovely! Our 2nd room which was suppose to have partial sea view was barely visible at all unless you tiptoed out the window! But the room was okay & clean shower! Breakfast selection was not great, also unless you were there very early there was only scraps left. Pool area was strange, we went up to use this but it seems like construction or an event was being set up next to the pool on the rooftop, so didn’t feel comfortable to use this, water also didn’t look clean. Door was not sound proof so could hear all guests in the hallway as well as elevator music when it opened (our room was immediately left of elevator) & could hear lots of construction sounds which I think was the hotel itself not work near by so this effected our sleep. We checked out a day early in the end.

The hotel is clean, and the room has a cozy atmosphere. As soon as I entered the hotel, I felt really comfortable. It's a wonderful hotel with lovely, friendly, and enthusiastic staff. I will recommend this hotel to my friends when they visit Ha Long

My first impression was how warmly the hotel owner welcomed us. Upon arrival, we were treated to a refreshing glass of orange juice. The lobby was beautifully designed, and even though we arrived a bit early, we still received great support. The food was diverse, with a wide variety of options for breakfast.

I went during the peak tourist season, so the room price was a bit higher, but considering the quality, it was definitely worth it. Everyone can rest assured about the satisfaction.

The staff went above and beyond to ensure we had a comfortable stay. The beds were incredibly comfortable, providing us with a great night’s sleep after a long day of exploring. The wi-fi at the hotel was fast and reliable, which was perfect for staying connected during our trip definitely recommend this hotel.

Rooms were comfortable and spacious, receptionist with glasses was helpful and present the whole stay. Helpful with laundry and booking taxis. Location was very quiet - no restaurants or cafes to speak of, and almost all surrounding buildings were empty. The beach that is nearby was quite dirty and brown with garbage (not on the hotel, but if you're booking for a beach front it's worth knowing). No sunbeds near the pool or decking area.

The hotel is 5 km away from Bai Chay bus station, which is very convenient for us to book a bus from Sapa to Bai Chay bus station. We arrived around 11 AM and were assisted by Manager Lee for an early check-in. The room I booked has a balcony view of the street and a bathtub, which I liked the most. The food here is delicious, and there is a swimming pool. The staff here are always ready to assist you. The location is also convenient for moving to dining places, and it is close to the beach.

From the convenient location to the friendly staff and excellent amenities, everything exceeded our expectations. We will definitely be back.

Flexible check in; fast laundry service

Our group left Ha Giang at 4 am and checked in early. There is a motorbike rental service here. We came to take a cruise to see Ha Long Bay. The staff here are very friendly and assist you with any issues.

I booked a standard room, but the owner kindly upgraded us after learning that we were on our honeymoon. The room here is newly designed with a street view. I love watching the city, so I chose a higher floor. The restaurant is on the first floor, and the food is delicious. There's a pool on the 6th floor for those who want to enjoy the view of the bay. In the evening, we rented a motorbike to explore the city—it's both beautiful and cost-effective.

The hotel is located quite close to the center, so you can easily walk or take a taxi. I would rate the hotel room 10/10 because it's stylish, modern, and well-equipped. As someone who travels a lot, I found that Crystal Holiday Halong Hotel meets all the basic needs for a comfortable stay. The staff are very polite and friendly, and if you need recommendations for food or entertainment, they can help you out immediately.

Our group booked a small bed room at the hotel and were kindly upgraded to a nice family room by Mr. Ban, the hotel owner (since it was low season, there were many available rooms). The staff were always ready to assist and answer any questions. Especially, they offered a service for booking a cruise, which saved us the trouble of searching and gave us peace of mind. I was most impressed with the food, as there were many dishes to choose from. The hotel is located in the center, making it easy to get to dining spots and the beach.

The room is clean and spacious. The staff is very friendly and attentive, and the location is just a short walk to a beautiful beach. The prices are reasonable, making it a great value
